Friendly and efficient service.

Very good service, had a free water butt installed as part of the council's flood defence scheme. Straight forward to book, got calls with updates. Operative was very friendly and helpful, and completed the job quickly.
Have used Service Store before, always happy with service, plus publicly owned which is my preference, always.

got rid of the rats under our floor very quickly. Friendly and helpful guys came round and made a full inspection. They baited under the kitchen cabinets, under the floor boards and in the cellar and they rats (and the bad smell) were gone within a month

Turned up on time, gave great advice, courteous and friendly.

Called in Pest Control as after renovation we had seen a few mice.
Mike came down and was very friendly and talked us through the process in detail.

Given a choice of 12th or 14th May appointment for a quote to carry out some gardening , weeds etc . Appt confirmed for 12th ..Waited in all day . No one came !! I sent an email asking why ? The reply was “ communication error your appointment is for 13 th May”. !!!! Now have to wait in again on 14th !!!!

I contacted the service to deal with bed bugs. The person who came was very pleasant, explained what he was going gong to do and was very reassuring. I feel very confident that the problem has been dealt with

I applied for a grant for solar panels via Waltham forest council. The process was so simple and swiftly dealt with by Ali Shikheey. He was so helpful and supported me through any queries. I am so please with the service and so grateful to now have a renewable energy and money saving device installed in my home. I can’t thank him and who ever was involved in the process.

I can not thank Steve and Kobe enough for all their hard work today. They work non stop to clear the garden and were polite and respectful. They also tidied up well afterwards too. Will definitely use this service again.

Excellent service - Paul was brilliant.

The website said that they would tell you the night before a collection so you could put an aircon unit in your front garden but 2 days after I paid £28, without prior notice, I was sent an email saying it was a Reminder that the were collecting the item today. I did not see this email until after they had come and gone so rearranged the collection for a few days later but was told to put the item outside. However, the item disappeared overnight [on a Saturday] and phoning WF, I was told it was not them who collected and told I would get a refund and the collection cancelled. But then I was again sent a Reminder email on the day when it should have been cancelled. I was later asked if I needed the service or not [in spite of previous communications on their secure messaging] but after over 14 working days, I still have not received my refund.

The team Chris and Nathaniel were the most amazing individuals I ever met.

They were very professional and passionate about their work.
They were very smart and kind.

The actual face to face workers are let down by their managers who give incorrect information to customers, leaving the workers to bear the brunt of customers frustration when they do not keep to the illogical time slots set by management
