Purchased a New Walther PP .32 SS

Purchased a New Walther PP .32 SS. Beautiful craftsmanship. Beautiful case. Absolutely love the Aesthetics. Shoots accurate, smooth and almost flawless. Fails to eject a live round by cycling slide, unloading before firing the round.
Contacted service, they answered the phone, emailed all necessary information, and promptly handled the matter. Great customer service!

Purchased a PPKS in November 2026 and…

Purchased a PPKS in November 2026 and the first time i shot it the grips craked. Contacted them did the warranty process and took a long to ship new grips and they did not include my apartment number so i was told they were returned. I have been trying to have them reshipped and every time i called i get get a different answer about they were shipped but can not provide a tracking number. Here we are in February and i still dont have the grips. I will not contact them anymore but you can be sure i will never purchase a Walther Arms product again.

Most unreliable firearms in existence

Most unreliable firearms in existence. They will be going out of business over the next few years. They don't make anything that doesn't jam all of the time. Used to be the best now they are the worst of the worst.

Walther USA Service Dept. AWESOME

Walther USA, Customer service/repairs & parts department is absolutely awesome! I needed parts for the sadly discontinued CCP and they came through! They helped with questions and advice, and sent me a "service pack" of parts to keep my CCP up and running for many years and rounds to come. Thank you Walther USA

Incorrect Shipping Email and Zero Accountability

I spoke with Gavin in Customer Service regarding the optic plate I was told had shipped on October 28th with a stated delivery window of 14–21 business days. I explained that I had not received the item or any tracking information. Gavin informed me that the email I received was sent in error and that the plate was actually out of stock, with an additional estimated wait of up to three weeks.

I advised that this plate is for my duty weapon and that I relied on their October 28th communication; had I known it was not shipping, I would have purchased the plate elsewhere. He referenced the six-week delivery estimate on the website, but I reiterated that the last official correspondence stated the item had already shipped.

Throughout the conversation, Gavin became condescending and repeatedly emphasized that the plate was free, which was unnecessary and unhelpful. I clarified that I was not complaining about the cost — only holding the company accountable to the timeframe they communicated. I asked if, given their admitted error, my order could be expedited. He declined, stating that doing so would require expedited handling for all customers.

When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was told none were available and that a supervisor could not assist with expediting the order regardless. Overall, the interaction was disappointing, and the customer service approach did not reflect the level of professionalism I expected.

Called into Walther Arms Customer Service 5 Star All day

Called into Walther Arms customer service to inquire about a spring that fell out I could not Identify after I field stripped for cleaning. Dan Papp answered the call and immediately sent a schematic to my email all while walked me through reinstallation while he had the same platform in his hands as I do. Dan Papp definitely went above and beyond in my opinion. He could have read a script, charged me money, and sent me on my way. Thank You Dan Papp you are awesome

Never again

I will never buy walther again. For them to make a customer wait about 3 weeks to recive a plate to be able to mount an optic is rediculouse. Horrible customer service!

Customer service sucks

Customer service sucks. You have to call or email them several times to get warranty work/service and still no solution. Too much back and forth for simple services. Nobody answers this number 479-646-4210 ext 7. It's frustrating and waste of time

Literally the absolute best Customer Service call ever!

I've had to call Customer Service twice now. The 1st call was to gain additional information pertaining to specific details about Level 2 & 3 holsters for my Walther PDP Compact 9mm. Literally the phone rang twice, and a Dan Papp answered. Not only did he answer my questions, but he had also spot on knowledge about the product. The entire call lasted about 4 to 5 minutes at most because of his product savviness. Quite impressive. The 2nd call I needed tracking information, and I was fortunate enough to once again speak to Dan. Again, the call was quick, and Dan was able to answer my question. He even sent me an email with tracking info. All around, 5 Stars.

Just purchased the Walther WMP.22…

Just purchased the Walther WMP.22 magnum. Wow its amazing from the start. I put a red dot on it. After just 30 rounds adjusting the red dot where I wanted it and getting use to the trigger pull. I was hitting 25 yard head shots. Thank you Walther arms. I highly recommend this weapon. I'm so impressed i will be purchasing the PDP 9mm.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. Turn around on a PD380 was 8 days - portal to portal.

Quick response on warranty parts and new magazine purchases. Matt was really helpful.

Excellent service, very fast turn-around.

Recently learned of a recall concerning the Walther PPS M2. After filling out a quick form on Walther's website, I received via email a FedEx shipping label. I shipped the firearm to Walther's facility in Arkansas on 28 September. It arrived back in my hands on 7 October. A nine-day turn, and that includes four weekend days. To my mind, that's pretty quick.
An excellent customer service experience.

Waiting for the Walther IWB/OWB Combo DCH…

I ordered a Walther IWB/OWB Combo DCH PDP 4in Kydex Warrior Holster in May 2024 for my PDP Compact 4in pistol. The Holster was shipped several days after ordering but did not arrive. Tracking the USPS shipment, it came up lost. After notifying Walther Customer Service they immediately notified me that they would send a replacement to me. After several weeks, I did not see a shipping confirmation, so I again notified customer service of the situation. I received an explanation that the holster had been out of stock, and they had just received the new shipment, now it's end of August 2024. Customer Service immediately shipped the replacement holster to me with some very nice apology gifts for all the delay. It was well worth the wait; this Walther holster presents quality and fits like a glove on the PDP.

Highly Recommend

I just wanted to say how absolutely fantastic dealing with the customer service team at Walther has been.

My Walther PPK/S .22 is one of my favorite guns to shoot.

And after years & years of reliability I had an issue with it.

I contacted Walther and they were very easy to deal with & very prompt
on resolving my issue.

I can't say enough about about how good my experience was.

I will continue to buy Walther firearms because of their quality product & outstanding service.

Where are Force B1 Adaptors for Ruger Magazines

My experience with your service reps was fine.

What is not fine is that 4 months ago, I purchased a Force B1 rifle, only to discover that the adapters for Ruger Magazines are not available. After 2 months of promises from Walther, I sent Evan J. Brune, Executive Editor at G&A.

Dear Evan Brune,

I have been well satisfied with the function and accuracy of the Hammerli Force B1 which I purchased based upon your American Rifleman review (among others).

My issue is that Hammerli does not have available for sale the magazine adaptors for Ruger magazines, so I am confined to the three adaptors sold with the rifle, and, therefore, 3 magazines. Hammerli has not been forthcoming with a date for availability, which I find very shortsighted. (What? No 3-D printer?) Frankly, I'd not have bought the Hammerli if I had known of this limitation. (Yes, I am the guy who brings ten loaded magazines to the range!!!)

Might I suggest that future rifle reviews consider the availability of magazines as an evaluation criterion?

I sent him my mailing information. Still no adaptors.

And you still do not have them and no exact date for their availibilty exists.

Enough testimonials about how you care about customers.

I'd have never bought this rifle if I knew that magazine adaptors were not immediately forthcoming.

Under these circumstances, I am so disgusted I want you to return this rifle to you for full reimbursement.

Dan's Secret Sauce - (Parts/Service)

Dan in Parts/Service has the secret sauce. He understands that customer service is KING! Aside from being cordial, polite, articulate and professional, he went above and beyond to help me - and did just that. As an executive with 42 years of business experience, (37 years Fortune 50 and 5 years with a professional firm), as well as being a university professor, CPA and MBA, I know what I am talking about. His attitude, work ethic, resourcefulness, knowledge and efficiency should be recognized and rewarded. He should be looked after and developed. HE's A KEEPER.

I bought a walther PDP Match pistol

I bought a walther PDP Match pistol. I purchased additional magazines to find they won't fit the match pistol with the mag well funnel attached. I contacted walther to obtain the correct magazine baseplate, which I am willing to pay for, and the magazines and competition baseplates are unavailable. Per the customer service rep, who was apologetic, but admitted he had no idea when and if the items would become available. I have an expensive pistol meant for competition that can't be used in competition because the needed additional mags or mag parts, are unattainable. This is not a newly released product. There is no excuse. I'll never buy a walther product again.
