i recieved a letter today saying they claimed on my behalf for savings and investments and i have never had savings or investments i also have just had a baby and on medication because of the headache these people have caused me .I have contacted trade and standards and my lawyer i am also looking for compensation from these people due to causing ill health

Hello, I have read numerous replies on Trust Pilot and noticed that there replies are all the same. Send a email to them and they will reply. WHAT RUBBISH just a load of SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!
They have left me in debt to HMRC?

These thieves have made a request to HMRC on my behalf without my knowledge, they have forged my signature and that is the scary bit. I will be calling HMRC to make a formal compliant and subsequently inform the police for fraud. This nonsense must stop , on no occasion did I engage them , have not heard of them before neither have I spoken to any agent concerning this request of tax refund and saving investment from HMRC.

I phoned on the 12th of January and spoke to a young lady and was told that a cheque for me would be released that week and it wpuld be with me within 14 working days. its now February 27th and still nothing. why doen it take so long for a cheque to come.from bury to Staffordshire??
I'm beginning to think ive been scammed.

Received scam letter claiming a PPI refund on my tax account.
They have tried to claim to be my tax agents and had registered their details on my account.
Luckily HMRC know about them and have stopped all progress, also have now been reported to the police via actionfraud.police

Company are known scam artists registered to someone who has been prosecuted previously for a council tax scam.

They keep your Tax money that you are due claiming it’s for admin fees,don’t answer phone calls

Received an HMRC PPI tax rebate claim sent by them.. Never received any PPI let alone the tax. The form has been filled out on my behalf and someone forged my signature. Looking at these reviews, why the hell is this company still allowed to fraudulently do this in plain sight?????

I have had two tax rebates from these people, I hadn’t actually agreed for anyone to put these through I was only enquiring and now I am unable to get out this or be taken off their systems as I am not able to contact anyone! I have had most of the tax rebate taken off me to go to Walton bridge how do I have this sorted if there’s no way to contact them ?!

This company are a complete and utter shambles, they promise to look into matters and fail to contact you back, (Rosie) is who I dealt with, not one single passable review can be found regarding their conduct as a business, I've been defrauded by them and they simply do not care, HMRC are a joke for allowing this to happen with so many people. Why are they allowed to get away with this???.

Was promised a cheque not arrived ,
Spoke to Rosie who advised a bank transfer , still waiting on the phone call to transfer my money over , but as of yet no contact .. Foaming

Was told by hmrc that there was a cheque with this company for £36 well over a month again was supposed to be posted 1st November but a month on still waiting it might not be alot of money but its mine emailed enough times to ask where it is but just get excuses fed up now avoid this company at all costs

WALTON BRIDGE HAS ANSWERED, AND AFTER ASKING FOR MORE INFO AS NOT ON SYSTEM, NO MORE CONTACT, WILL BE TAKING IT FURTHER.
My HMRC rebate has gone to Walton Bridge LTD, but i cannot get through on the phone, there is no email and the website is some kind of clothing range, I cannot get through to anyone, does anyone have any email address for them.

On August 8th HMRC sent my tax refund to this company, I do not know them or why my refund was sent there? HMRC are not responding to my complaint, I have been trying since the end of August to no avail.
Tried to reach out to Waltonbridge with no success. I refuse to give up. Financial Ombudsman refuse to help?
Appalling situation.
Update: I have still not received my refund from HMRC? It is now 7 months since I started my journey. No one seems to care? Been a Tax payer for over 50 years but that doesn’t mean a thing?
Beyond disappointed with the system.

I have just received a letter from HMRC again saying that I've giving you permission to take my tax refund if it aint enough that I've just been scammed by nationwide ppl of hundreds pounds of my money now you from nowhere has now stepped in to claim more of my money this is not right a scam and I want my money

Scandalous!!! Update on last review!!! Absolutely no response from these scammers!! Avoid this so called company, the customer service is unbelievably shocking! My partner is now £784.00 out of pocket and these clowns have had her cheque from HMRC since February!! And if you are thinking of replying (which you won't) do not think she is paying the 48% fee... Scammers and cheats!!!

I have two different tax rebates as they were from different tax years, one was £334 and the other was £402 now I have only received £209, if it was a combination of the £334 and £402 totalling £736 they have taken more than 48%. They will be hearing from my lawyer as soon as possible

Can advise me please? Due tax return off £255 and it had been automatically sent to Walton Bridge Ltd who later asked for my bank details and proof of identification so I did. They've only give me £155 as a payment. I've not signed up to this?

First of all I never consented to allowing this company to act on my behalf. Then when I tried to cash the cheques, they got rejected!! Contacting this company seems like an endless task and I don’t seem to be getting anywhere.
