Great customer service, excellent packaging

Excellent communication and fast shipping. They are just a bit expensive, and other shops usually add bags and boards for free. The prices would be okay if the bags and boards were included. Their stock system is also not perfect, and one of the items I ordered was sold out, even though it was listed as in stock. But they contacted me very quickly about the issue, and it was resolved.

Well i ordered red sonja omnibus pt 3 from the site and after a week they said that they dont have it thank you now im a proud owner of collection that is missing one part cuz i ordered all of them at once from diffrent sources and now i lack only 3rd one

So I think I can finally say Walt is the best EUROPEAN based comic shop for American/English comics. I have bought from them different types of comics (Trade paperbacks, omnis, deluxes, compendiums), I have ordered from them in different situations so packages that went from 30kg (Not kidding, black Friday was crazy) to less than 2kg and even got gifted the giftcard from some friends, EVERY SINGLE and I mean EVERY SINGLE order was exceptionally packaged, the attention they put onto it is just crazy not even 1 dent. I live in Italy and most packages took like 3-5 business days at max. Lots of love to the guys and gals of Walt's comic shop. Y'all are amazing.

can I give 6 stars?
really: there is customer service and there is customer Service; I asked to modify an order after closing it, an they did it, a saturday morning, in between Xmas an New Year. And I'm not talking about a 10.000€ order but a 50 something euros one...so you know when someone is putting passion and dedication in his work.

Also the newsletters are fantastic! The books were send in very good packaging.

Initially, I was somewhat skeptical about having my omnibus shipped to me in the United States from outside the country. However, after doing some research and finding Walt's Comic Shop to be an excellent experience for everyone else who tried them, I decided to purchase an omnibus from them myself. I have to say, all of my skepticism has gone away and I am thoroughly impressed with not only the speed in which my omnibus arrived, but the packaging of the book as well. 5/5 stars and I would rate it higher if I could. Highly recommend purchasing books from Walt's Comic Shop, no matter where you are located.
