Bent game cases

Purchased multiple cases for the Nintendo Switch. Around 25% of the cases were curved/bent. Shipped all the cases back and they claim only a portion of the purchase was returned. Did not receive a full payback. They also claim none of the cases wer bent. Rude employees, will never purchase from them again.

You purchased from us and got delivered 30 pieces of Nintendo Switch game boxes. Upon arrival, you reported that the boxes were warped and you wanted to return them. We sent you a return label so that you could return the boxes to us free of charge. Upon arrival of the return-parcel at our end, it turned out that 1) the boxes (by any reasonable standard) were not warped at all, 2) you returned not 30 but 25 boxes to us, and 3) you had returned these boxes as if they were waste in the box. As a result, those boxes (due to scratches) had now become unsalable.
How improper, where you make unreasonably high demands on what is delivered to you, to treat the items you return in this way. We have credited you the 25 boxes you returned out of courtesy, not because we were reasonably obliged to do so. After all, you have a responsibility yourself. And no, we will not credit you for what you did not return.
And then you have the nerve to claim that you were treated unfairly. That's the world upside down!
