After leaving my phone number when I could not get through to anyone at Wanapart by telephone ( phone lines were super busy), I really did not expect anyone to call me back.To my surprise Scott Exler did and since then, his customer service has been brilliant.

I have since purchased a master cylinder and brake booster now on 2 separate occasions. All this was done quite easily via emails with Scott , who dealt with my enquiries in a quick and professional manner. We did price comparison checks and product suitability checks to ensure I had the right product at the best price.

For a girl who does not know much about vans, it's such a big relief to have a company you're confident they'll give you the best and trustworthy service.

I ordered an oil cooler from Greece and although there was a difference in delivery cost they didn't charge it.

I initially ordered a front fog light replacement for my mk6 VW Golf which turned out to be the wrong side (my fault). I contacted wanapart.co.uk via email to arrange a return and Kevin kindly offered to collect it the next day and also send out a replacement part in time for me to still do the work.

I would highly recommend using this company for parts and will definitely be using the site again in the future!

Having some trouble with a pulley, scott, a sales person for Wanapart replied within 24 hours to my questions on the parts I needed. I ordered a day after and he kept me informed of what was happening with my order. Like a personal assistant.

At first, I was not so sure to order from their site, but after speaking to him, easy order and payment system, I will never shop elsewhere. Unbeatable prices, super fast delivery and a personal assistant sales advisor. Can't think of any other company who has provided such great service.

Thanks a mill Kevin! I live here in Jamaica and have searched far and wide for parts (disc pads) to fit my car and could not find them any where and when I saw a sample on your website, I was really wondering if its the actual parts.
The responses to my questions were so prompt, at one point I was wondering if we were living in the same time zone.

I wont even mention delivery! the entire experience was synonymous to buying over-the-shelf and receiving the product instantly.

Following some initial email and phone contact about whether a part was actually the correct one I ordered it from Wanapart and it was very promptly despatched and arrived quickly. Unfortunately it did turn out to be the wrong part but Wanapart's subsequent customer service both on the phone and via email to remedy the situation and arrange a refund was superb. Unlike with a lot of other outfits there was a very rapid and helpful tunraround to get the part returned and then to process the refund. I would have no hesitation in using Wanapart again because of both their excellant service and I would have no fear of being left with a part I could not use - this is the way to build a successful business.

Having used Wanapart on more than one occasion to source parts for my Ford Scorpio in Africa I have been extremely impressed with the expertise of the sales team, the speed and absolute reliability of the service and the competitive pricing of the parts supplied.

I needed a new interior fan/blower unit for my 18yr. old BMW. Ordered it Tuesday morning, it arrived here in Cornwall from the Hella factory in Germany the next day, Wednesday. Brilliant service which could not be bettered. Compare this with the 7 weeks that I have been waiting for a new drawer front for my 'British' fridge/freezer !

Nothing was to much trouble in getting the right standard exhaust system for my escort rs turbo. Kevin was especially good and made the transaction a pleasant one. I have no hesitation in recommending wanapart and I'll be back for sure.

When I required a clutch for a race car urgently, wanapart stepped up. When their suplliers let them down they were very quicly on the case and got a superior part quickly and at a fantastic price.

Despite the part not being on the shelf and them having to get it in from a supplier it still only took 2 days from ordering to arriving (not bad for an oil pump for a 23 year old car!). Really helpful guy on the phone and kind enough to ring to say it was going to be an extra day.

I hold accounts with 4 motor factors, non of which could supply this part and non of which can match wanaparts service either!

I ordered some engine parts to my Golf as Wanaparts prices where the best in the market. The communication with kevin was great and the shipping was very fast. I sure want to buy from Wanapart in the future!
