They don’t deliver parcels

This company could improve by delivering parcels . The seller assured me that my parcel was delivered on 3rd Sept it’s now the 25th and still no parcel how do I get compensated as I’ve paid for the goods and have nothing to show for it. I am getting nowhere with the seller so will have to suffer the loss.

So angry

So angry. Says my parcel was delivered to back porch.. I don't have a back porch. I have tried to get my money back from company as it was not a cheap item. 2 of my packages are apparently…

2 of my packages are apparently ‘delivered with signature’ to my ghost probably because I didn’t receive anything.
My last parcel got ‘delivered’ on Sunday which is impossible because deliveries don’t take place on Sunday in Germany. Why would you lie about deliveries?

If I could give negative 100 stars

If I could give negative 100 stars, I would. One day my package said held for pickup and provided no contact information for said pick up or customer service. Then, the next day it says it was delivered, and it was not delivered. Why do they lie??! Does anyone ever get their packages with this courier?? Deserves all the negative reviews, in my opinion.

My delivery went to another address - again. The item shows 'Delivered' yet not to my address. Someone in my road passed the item to me.

Tracking says that the package was delivered on 5th August, but it was not. Tracking number IT526305581GB. What are you going to do about it, WANBEXPRESS?

Delivered and nowhere to be found

After 3 days of Amazon saying "arriving today" I knew today, Friday, should be the actual day. I refreshed the tracking info on Amazon and on a tracking website all day. At 4pm it said it was delivered at 8:59am (or even 4:59am on a different site) But it's literally nowhere to be found!! Not even when my spouse left this morning at 9:30. No photo of it delivered.
