Tracking said item was delivered

Tracking said item was delivered. I was home all day of the alleged delivery. Doorbell never run. No package on doorstep nor on those of the neighbours either side of us. No way of contacting them to determine who allegedly delivered the package. Smells of a scam.

False delivery confirmation

This company marked an item bought on eBay as delivered but it has not been delivered. No proof of delivery, not even confirmation of the delivery address. No way of contacting them to investigate or complain. eBay won't allow a negative response against this supplier because they are taking this companies word against mine, which means that this could have happened multiple times without customers being made aware. It was suspicious because the Chinese supplier put the order through as 5 separate orders, knowing that eBay only refunds 1 order for cases raised for none delivery.

Edit - response to Wanb Express - the order number is WNBAA0338284472YQ.
It is marked as delivered on the link eBay provided (tracking.wanbexpress.com)
But as in transit on what appears to be the UK version, which has the same tracking history (ordertracker.com)

Is there an email address that I can send the details to?

No customer support

My tracking 4C002087548US shows “Package failed to be delivered. Customer is not reachable”. I cannot seem to contact this company at all for support. I’ve never had any issues with other companies at all delivering my packages. Terrible company. Should be banned from operating in the USA.

More BS than results

My item was supposedly shipped from the US to my address in the US. It is now Feb. 21st and the item was picked up on Jan 30th. It has been in "ready to hand over to distributor" for almost a week. I think this company and the company I bought the shoes from are a scam.

Item from China according to tracking…

Item from China according to tracking arrived in UK and was out for delivery. It was allegedly delivered at 05.22 a.m. !REALLY!. It would not fit through a letterbox so when proof of delivery was requested there was no response. There was no ticket to say it had been left in a safe place and of course, at that time of day , we were at home. Do NOT buy from a company that uses this courier

Ive just had a parcel ship…

Ive just had a parcel ship internationally sent from jovs using Wanb express from china to the United Kingdom with royal mail as last mile courier. I was really worried after reading reveiws but decided there was no point unless something went wrong Obviously I can only comment on my experience. My tracking updated every other day and I was able to follow it at each step and once it arrived in the united Kingdom at the airport it cleared customs in one day and about 6 hours later it was passed to royal mail in which I received it today. I received my royal mail tracking number in the tracking on wanb express. For me it's was a really positive experience and went smoothly from start to finish so I'm relieved and over the moon! Because of all the bad reveiws I wondered if when people do receive a parcel if they leave a reveiw and since reading the reveiws and the worry I felt after I thought id leave a reveiw of my experience so 10 out of 10 for me

Probably the worst logistics company…

Probably the worst logistics company I've ever dealt with, tracking doesn't change for days and when it does the information seems to be incorrect, bought a product online was meant to be 2 day shipping, 14 days later and it still says the package is in China despite suggesting Evri now had it. I'm not holding my breath to actually get what I've ordered, as a result the retailer I bought from has now issued a full refund. Avoid this company if you can

Very very poor service

If I could give it zero I would. Never received my parcel. Hasn't updated since 19 December. Emailed 3 times no reply. Would not have used if I had known it was coming from China. I ordered a Christmas gift from Wowcher who said delivery date 14.12.24 but the delivery company (WanB) said delivered on or before 19.12.24 and on the tracking info they gave me it must just keep going round the world cos I still have not received it, I will never use this company again wish I had known about all the bad reviews before ordering and I had never heard of the delivery company before. I have complained to both Wan B and Wowcher but just keep being told by Wan B to keep tracking it and I have not heard from Wowcher so my advice is do not use either that are not worth the trouble

This is probably the worst Chinese…

This is probably the worst Chinese courier on the planet.
Ordered a Christmas present from magic styler (found out they are an USA based Co.) who are using this crap company Wanabexpress.
Had I known that, wouldn't have placed my order.
Ordered 02 Dec paid for special delivery *shipping in 1 to 2 business days)
Received order today 20 Dec 2024 in UK via EVRI.
I see that lots of people don't actual receive their goods even though Wanbexpress say they have been delivered.
If you DON'T get your delivery, call your credit card company and ask for a Charge Back. (Orders under £100 are not covered by UK Credit Agreement law)
If enough people complain then the company you are buying from could lose their right to take Credit Card Payments.
