I have had a lot of jewellery from this shop over the last 3 years , but absolutely none of it has lasted , it’s either broken as the chains and bracelets are very thin and apparently can’t be fixed as they are too fine , or stones have fallen out and can’t be replaced as they don’t make that piece of jewellery anymore, or all the gold plate has rubbed away and I now , just have silver rings and bangles when they were bought as gold . On two occasions I have found the staff patronising unless you are buying something rather than having yet another repair , which leads me to believe a lot of the pieces are not fit for purpose, I feel very cross and sad about this as I was trying to support a small independent business in a town I visit many times a year , very disappointing.

I love the styles of jewellery they have but unfortunately the quality is not as expected. I have two rings, one of them loses its shape every time I wear it. I have a necklace that I have been careful with for 3 years and it broke without any reason. I will look elsewhere in future.

Having purchased mostly through the website it’s a proper treat getting to pop into the store when we holiday down in Devon. The team are always super friendly and chatty and make you feel one of the gang! Goes without saying that I am a huge fan of the jewellery, and have quite the collection forming. Great quality and beautiful pieces.

The bracelet was poor quality and I am really disappointed, the elasticated strap feels like it might break easily. I purchased this as a gift and I won’t be buying any more of the same.
