Never received the product. Ordered near end of April, it is now late June. Contacted the company twice and the replies were both obviously AI-generated and unrelated to the actual problem.

Have given one star rating because it said order processed within 7 days. It is now 7 days and nothing has moved! I now see the various reviews here and realise this company is overseas! I also would not have ordered had I known. I am sure it will arrive eventually but probably from China

Very poor
Ordered 1st December with 10/11 day delivery. Never arrived.
Contacted this company by email. Sent me tracking information on 13 days saying it was in transit and would be delivered within 10 days. Contacted again 23rd. Still not delivered. Only responded with a tracking update.
I received the item afternoon of 24th.
As customer service never responded “at all” to my contact on 23rd I again emailed after Christmas to complain and point out they hadn’t replied.
I would urge anyone in uk or further afield to avoid this company. If there was an option for 0 stars I would have given that.

I was promised delivery before Christmas - I placed my order Dec. 12th!!! I requested tracking info and what was sent did not work. Wish I knew this co was overseas - would NEVER have ordered! Still don't have my order!

Don't believe the 'arrives before Christmas' promise!
Saw an item from this company, it was advertised as promising to arrive before Christmas. Bought one for my husband as a Christmas present.
It's Christmas day and still no present. No apologies on this point from the company. Rubbish.

My order came!
I had previously left a bad review because they said my order was delivered and it wasn't. I was worried it was a scam! But after my review they reached out and gave me an estimated delivery date - and my order came. The cups are exactly as ordered and I am very pleased with them.
