Great experience with their bags. The Wandrd Prvke has served me well for 5 years and the bag still looks amazing. The quality of their bags are top notch, and the lifetime warranty is true. I have a issue with the zippers and they replaced it with zero fuss. Their support team is truly passionate and knowledgeable about their products! I have bought another sling for my daily use too. If your looking for a excellant quality bag with thoughtful features, backed by a lifetime warranty and amazing team, look no further!

Customer service was excellent and very quick however the quality of the sling bag is shockingly poor especially considering the price. Strap pulled away from the bag and was shown to be attached by a single row of stitches. Company reviewed my warranty claim immediately and is providing a replacement but I will not purchase another product from them
In response to wandrd response, the strap only has one line of stitching and no other obvious holes from any stitches that may have pulled out. The seam may be double stitched but it didn't hold the strap in. The only strain that caused the problem was my momentum after snagging bag on a car door. For the price of the bag you should be able to subject it to far more abuse than I ever have. The momentum was minimal all I was doing was leaning forward. No other bag I have ever owned has suffered damage in any way under far more strenuous conditions.

I bought my first and only Wandrd bag in 2020 and it has lasted me almost 4 years of incredible adventures. Truly this bag has been with me through it all. Sadly this year one of the zipper came off and I tried to fix it but it broke again. However, I realized that Wandrd has lifetime warranty so I messaged them, and the team helped me right away to get another replacement bag. I cannot express my gratitude enough and I am so happy to receive a new PRVKE bag. Though it will be bittersweet to say goodbye to my old bag, this whole experience has been so smooth and easy. I can't wait to use the new bag for many many years :')

Such a great company! On top of their products, the support team really is amazing. I was able to get in touch with the support team, fill out a warranty claim, and have a new camera bag sent out to be in maybe 1-2 hours? I honestly still can't believe it. Thank you WANDRD team!

Finally the perfect backpack for me. I think the concept with the accessories is brilliant and I was able to configure my backpack exactly as I wanted it. The support is also really excellent, I had a problem with an accessory order where the house number somehow disappeared and they took care of it immediately and solved it. Above all, he is honest straight away and admits when something hasn't gone so well and there has been a mistake somewhere - that's customer contact at eye level. For me, it feels like buying from friends. I think these are people who really love their product. sounds like a song of praise, but is based on my real experience.

Great products. Nice looking and great quality. They kept their promise with the lifetime warranty. After years of heavy use, I got the new model of the backpack. Thank you! :)

Besides the fact the product is great ( I have tried a variety of bags for on-the-go situations and none have carried weight as comfortable as the WANDRD backpack) - the company also has a great customer service team! WANDRD ist a small company that designs and manufactures very special bags. I own 2 of them and I am more than happy with them. Even in case of a problem they made me a very kind offer, and offered to replace my damaged bag. Reason, they don't only promise a lifetime warranty,they are serious about it.

The bag itself is so good, but the customer service is also wonderful. As long as you keep the purchase proof, they will quickly reach out to you and give you a full price voucher for a brand new bag.
Amazing service

I purchased one of the original PRVKE 21l backpacks about 5 years ago. Recently one of the main zippers snapped, making the bag largely unusable. Knowing WANDRD have a lifetime warranty, I reached out to their warranty team and within a couple of hours they'd sorted me out a code to redeem a brand-new bag online.

I honestly wasn't expecting a full replacement with such little fuss. Most companies would require you to send back the defective product, which, being based in Australia, I was worried about having to do with inflated shipping rates.

Big thanks to the WANDRD Warranty team for being so receptive and helpful. You've strengthened my trust in the brand tenfold and won over a lifetime fan.

This has been my go to bag since I got it. Then the Velcro started coming off and making a mess of the opening. Customer service was quick to tell me that this wasn't covered in the lifetime warranty. But JUST now, when the zipper broke, they were even FASTER to approve the replacement bag and with HASSLE or stress whatsoever. They made a complicated process painless, and I CAN'T WAIT FOR MY NEW BAG!

I recently bought a Rogue 3L Sling pack and it is so comfortable! I use it as an everyday carry bag for my Ricoh GRiiiX and accessories. It's big enough to fit everything I carry for that camera plus some extra space for keys, wallet, phone, etc. I wanted to get more dividers to keep things organized so I reached out to customer service through the website and they got back to me almost instantly. Not only was it a very friendly and helpful experience, but they offered the dividers free of charge (I just paid shipping = $5). I was a little worried that it would be a pain to get these extra dividers, but it was breeze. I highly recommend their products and the amazing CS just adds to the experience. Will be supporting this brand more in the future.
