This car wash is now so expensive! And once you have turned in to their premises off Wandsworth High Street, there is no going back! I was charged £30 for washing the outside of my car - because I had parked under a tree and the birds had done their poos over it. As it is the high pressure hoses which do all the work I felt this was extortionate. The chap who told me it would be £30 was aggressive and nasty. They then wanted cash but I refused and paid by card. I have however given them three stars because my car did come out sparkling!

As a loyal customer who has used your services for over 20 years, I have always trusted your business for quality and fairness. However, my visit on Friday, 28 February, left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.

On this occasion, I brought my small 2-seater Toyota MR2 for an outside-only wash, a service I have regularly availed of at the standard cost of £10. To my astonishment, I was charged £27 for the same service—an increase of 170% without any prior warning or justification. This price hike is not only excessive but also feels exploitative, especially given the lack of transparency and the inability to opt out once entering the car wash queue.
