Our team is here to help, and our clinics cater to a wide range of health concerns—from minor ailments to specialist management of long-term conditions. We offer face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations to our patients daily. Appointments can be made on the day for acute needs or up to 6 weeks in advance for planned care. We have extended our surgery times to accommodate our working professional patients who need evening or Saturday appointments. As a modern practice, we use the latest technology. Our patients can book appointments or order a repeat prescription online, which means you can now do many things from the comfort of your home. However, our doors and phone lines remain open, so please contact our reception team should you prefer. We serve over 18,500 patients. Although we are a large practice, we strive to deliver the very best care and do our best to accommodate the needs of all our patients. The surgery is part of Wandle Primary Care Network, which is made up of Wandsworth Medical Centre and four other local GP surgeries. The Wandle Primary Care Network was formed in 2019 and serves a patient population of 55,000. We took our name from the River Wandle, which runs through our catchment area and into the Thames. Together, the primary care network is able to provide a wider range of services, including physiotherapists, paramedics, psychologists, social prescribers, and well-being coaches.

GOOD MEDICAL STAFF LET DOWN BY RECEPTION

I notice that whoever is responsible for the entry on Trustpilot can't even get the name correct.
Good doctors but the reception and booking systems are beyond awful.
The receptionists have poor English comprehension are rude and unfriendly it feels like a step back into East Germany in the 70s.
I've given up and changed GP
