Wandsworth School of Music is been utterly disappointed for my family for the following reasons:
= Lack of commitment with the student, stay in the same book forever...lacking goals and achievement.
= Teaching hours are during school time. For us, it was during Maths, which was really disturbing. Despite telling them to find another slot.
= Crashing calendar classes between school outings and the music school, impacting the classes, as the classes are not recovered or refunded. So you missed the class & money you paid in advanced at the beginning of the term.
= Music teacher was not showing up for classes in a row and the school dosent send a notification
Result: Missing lots of money and missing another year for taking Grade 1 Piano.
Advice: WSM during school time, is not working and your kid won't be ready for taking any grades with this level of disruption and lack of planning.
