Purchasing Eye boost serum x 2 on the 10th December 2019 nothing was ever received. Constantly chasing it up by email a couple of replies were received informing me that my product/s were on the way. Writing the above on the 18th January 2020 I received nothing!? My intentions of seeking a reimbursement through PayPal were initiated today...AVOID THE COMPANY!

Bought a new jacket and get an email saying my order was processed. That is the last I ever heard of them. Contacted my CC company and they refunded me the amount. Don't do business with them , surprised the BB hasn't shut them down.

This app is literally a scam

This app is literally a scam. I’m so upset I spent my hard earned money on it! After 2 months of trying to contact them with no results I finally reported it to my bank to get my money back then I got an email from them saying “ The majority of orders disputed with Wanelo are resolved in favor of Wanelo.” like goodbye!

I’ve been a victim of someone hacking into my account from “DARK WEB” through WANELO. I’ve never used this app before. I received a notification from my bank app on my phone. I immediately had all my passwords changed on everything. So be very careful with WANELO.

Wanelo is incredibly slow

Wanelo is incredibly slow (in everything! customer service, shipping, etc).

I requested to change my password and got a message that an email would be sent right away. IT TOOK MORE THAN 24 hours. Most websites an email like that would have been sent within the next minute or two..

Zero stars is not an option

Zero stars is not an option, so...I waited on my item a week past it's longest expected arrival date. I emailed customer service and received a automated response. After doing this several times, I asked them to cancel my order. I finally got a response saying it hadn't even been shipped yet, but they cannot cancel the order. Everyone needs to understand that items are coming from overseas and nothing can be returned. I will never buy from again, and this item is going in the garbage.

Terrible

I ordered something the first of February and it still says processing! I still have yet to receive it or even get a tracking number. I read the reviews so I thought I’d be able to trust this seller. I’ve been in contact with customer service for the last week or so and I keep getting different responses and generic answers! If I don’t get my order within the next few days I’m just going to dispute the charge because I don’t have the time to go back and forth with these people. Either ship my stuff or give me money back... simple

Wanelo is a knockoff app

Wanelo is a knockoff app. That sells through independent sellers. Most of their stuff comes from China, with high cost shipping and handling that it takes over a month for delivery.
They have knockoffs at cheap prices and they also have most expensive better quality fakes. I received my “high end Quality” $100 fake bag 8/27/18. It was really good, realist fake looking for the money. Five months later after literally being used mildly , it is falling apart.
We the customers have no control on merchandise becoming damaged or broken after a few months of use. Any local or online store with the receipt would honor their merchandise and do the right thing, by allowing it to be returned... full refund or replace broken item with a new one. This purse is only 5 months with barely usage and it is falling apart!! I have photos on my Wanelo account when I first got it and that time I wrote a review. And now I also sent them photos to their email showing the damage of it. Now Wanelo is telling me nothing they can do because it is over their “one month warranty.” Are you kidding me? I am an educated customer and I know my rights. I am fighting this.... I don’t understand why they protect the “sellers”: Blue-Lovely. The seller or Wanelo is responsable for broken merchandise, period. I am looking to get a full refund or a brand new replacement bag.
A few months ago I got jeans on line from EBay for my child, 4 months later the zipper broke. I sent them photos and copy of the receipt. Within a few days I received a new pair of jeans with an apology and a pre-paid label to return the broken one. So easy, so simple.
There are several web sites to complain about customer service. Please try “Better Business Bureau.”
They take customers complains very seriously.

I was very disappointed ripped neck not sewn.

I was very disappointed. The neck was not sewn in the front.the serger had cut but no stitches were made in putting the hood to the front of the jacket. Received it yesterday. And very disappointed in it I tried calling the phone number and it's not even a number. A Nike sweat shirt it was $32.75 counting tax and shipping. So it read if you were dissatisfied in any way they would fully refund. Try getting a hold of them it's a night mare. No more ordering from them. No I'm really frustrated. Some one please get in touch with me. I'm going email my address
No phone how can I reach them. Call my credit card????. Help don't ordernothing from them........... Took picture you can see how the sewing machine needle broke through all them layers in front. I'm a seamstress I know my quality this was awful

Don’t buy from this company - SCAM!!!

They don’t deserve ONE star.
Do NOT give this company your money. You’ll never get what you’re promised OR get your money back! I paid almost a month ago, still no tracking/shipping info (fishy, right?) they’re saying they’ve “been off on holiday” and my purchase in still in production. LIE MUCH? Demanded a refund and they flat out LIED - saying it’s not possible. FRAUD/SCAM!
I wish I’d read reviews first! How are they still in business???

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. I spent almost $100.00 on a Christmas gift for my son and never received the item. I have tried to reach out to them and they tell me that because it shows delivered per their tracking info they will not replace or refund my money. I never recieved any tracking info from them so I could track the package. I always had to contact them and now they won’t make it right!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone, ever!!! 😡😡😡😡

Terrible service. Wrong product received after 7-8 weeks! No response

Terrible, SPenf $90+ (£75) on a 'handmade panic at the disco blanket 150cm. After a month I chase the order before xmas as it is a gift for my 11 year old son. The reply 'sorry it is hand made the delivery takes 2-3 weeks but thats AFTER it is made which they do not say on site. I figure I'll give it to him for his bday instead? 7 weeks later still, nothing. Repeated emails. Eventually I get a tracking number and follow it for a week and I come home to a poorly made 20cm cushion with a picture of a bird on it. That was 3 weeks ago and now I'm getting there out of office. Raised a claim with pay pal but who knows what happens next as I have never had to do so in my life. It is my sons birthday next month and I usually spend about £150 its what I can afford. I had to use his bday monday for Xmas and now he will have very little as I cannot afford. I'm disgusted.
