Above and beyond customer service

The team at Wan Ling are responsive and friendly and the tea/teaware they have on offer are of excellent quality.

I had the misfortune of breaking a teapot I'd purchased from them a few months previously; James and Wan Ling kindly managed to organise a repair which involved sending it all the way to Shanghai and back. I am very pleased with the results and will extoll their virtues to anyone who will listen!
