Good customer service
Good customer service. I booked a court and the hotel could not provide us with access due to problems with their key system. They refunded me and I got a free hour of tennis.

The idea behind this project is good
The idea behind this project is good, but their application and the services are not so good.
Every time I deposit funds, it takes a while to get my balance updated on the application; while the balance is updating - it's impossible to make any bookings..
I have had a lot of times issues accessing the sport halls, because the key boxes were blocked or the keys didn't open the entrance door. I got the refunds, but I had to wait up to 5 days.
