Unprofessional behavior

Purchased a chandelier at auction from Wannenes and paid in full via bank transfer. Months later, the item still has not been delivered. I have contacted the auction house and their logistics partner (MBE Genova) multiple times with no resolution, and have had to escalate the matter through embassy channels and formal complaints. For an auction house of this reputation, I expected far more accountability once payment was received. Would strongly caution anyone considering a cross-border purchase to clarify delivery guarantees in writing before bidding.
