I have used his services for the past fifteen years for my home computers and the Sherburne Historic Park computers and printers. This was (typically for this firm) fantastic service. Harsh came on time and swapped desks for me in my home office, realigning two computers, including related screen issues, and fixing flexible computer stands for me, seeing to all the wiring, and arranging a multiple system to minimise the work for me. He operated fast and efficiently and had highly useful ideas as to what was needed and possible. He did so much extra. He asked a very reasonable price for extremely skilled work which achieved the perfect result at high speed. I have been asking Harsh, and this firm, to do all my computer repairs for some years now, and they have always provided a first-class service, and more, regardless of how long it took ,and always at a highly reasonable price. This firm is always my first (I hope my only) choice and I know I am highly fortunate to have found it. I have used a number of computer services firms over the years but Want PC Help is hands-down the best, the most patient, the most reliable firm I have ever seen and it takes an intelligent holistic view, helping me not just with the technical aspects but also with effectively how the repaired computers fit with home office design. Harsh has helped buy/bought computers and parts for and with me as part of the service, acting in a way that is highly individual to my needs.

Very professional and friendly - excellent services!

My laptop suddenly won't reboot and I got panicked! Plus, it happened to be that my moving date was the following date which made things more complicated.

They kept me updated regularly with the progress and also accommodated with my moving situation. It was impressive to turn around my laptop within 48 hours ( it would have been 24 hours but due to the need for ordering a new hardware). They also followed up with any further issues and make sure that there were no issues afterwards.

I would highly recommend them and many thanks for all your help on this!

These guys picked up my laptop, repaired it and returned it, all done very promptly and they took pains to keep me updated, daily, as to the progress of the repair. The price charged was very reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I am extremely impressed with the Want PC Help Company. They listened to the problems I was experiencing and action-ed all of the relevant points.
I am disabled and housebound and their swift and expert work has given me back some of my independence.
I will not hesitate to recommend their services to others, in fact I have already mentioned it to a few friends and colleagues. I would like to make a special mention to the engineer assigned to me, namely Niraj Patel. He is an asset to the Company, being both polite and extremely knowledgeable.

Excellent ! Excellent ! Excellent ! I found their details on a local FB page and was very impressed from the first point of contact by their online service for booking in a repair. Very reasonably priced , excellent communication and free pick up and drop off which is exactly what is needed during these challenging times. They even cleaned my laptop which now looks practically new !

excellent, spoke to advisor (agent chat) by chance at 1115pm just surfing looking for pc repair during covid and they arranged collection 10am following day. came at 10am (niraj came to collect), I described problem (diagnostic screen locking up, d drive disappearing. gave me a quote on the spot and hoped to fix by 7pm the same day. called me up to say hard disc corrupted and could replace and sort out original problem (reinstall win 10 & save data) all for a fair price. excellent follow-up as well. want PC help now my go to people for pc repair. deff., Peter

I bought a new computer from Amazon but struggled to set it up and install my softwares on to it. I found Want PC Help online through Facebook and they came to my house and set everything up for me, loaded the software and even showed me a few tricks to keep my pc fast and safe. Very good service and was not expensive. 100% recommended to everyone for pc issues they might have.

My Laptop decided to die on me half way through my uni assignment! I needed a repair done ASAP to recover my data and not loose what i had done. My neighbour recommended Want Pc Help computer repairs, as they has used them before. The service was exceptional, they collected my laptop next day and recovered my data and returned the laptop within 24hrs and also gave it a deep clean for me. The cost was affordable and honestly they were just life savers!!

Was after a good reconditioned Laptop but didnt want to buy it from Ebay or other sites as i wasnt sure what i would get. My friend at work recommended Want PC Help after using them for a repair service on his laptop. Was told they hold stock of repaired laptops/desktops and eventually was able to get a good deal on a nearly new Samsung laptop. They had a Good delivery service and it was really easy to order online with really helpful staff over the phone. Great service.
