Very quick delivery, good quality clothes. Would order from them again!

I’ve order twice and have had no issues with the items I’ve recieved or the delivery time. I’ve always found it hard to trust online shopping for Asian clothes but I’ve recommended WantThatLabel to everyone I know and ask me where to buy online.

Not happy at all. Ordered a suit for £45 and it was a complete different colour to the picture. I know in the small print it states that colour may vary but i didnt think it would be that different. I wore it on Eid and as i spilt drink on it, hand washed the next day in cold water and the size shrunk from XL to S or M. Now i have to give it away as it wont fit me again. Very dissapointed. I was told by friends and family not to order these online suits as their quality is really bad and sizes are ridiculous but i thought ill try and see. So gutted should of listened to them. Buying from the shops is always the best option.
So i emailed this company pictures of the shrunk suit and i also told them i will be taking this futher and their response was riddiculous. They do not mention on theor website that you should not wash the product as it will shrink significantly. I will send pictures of me wearing the suit when bought and when handwashed once. After washing it, it feels as if me being a size 16, getting into a size 8. They then tell me we shall offer a goodwill gesture, only to tirn around and find an excuse to not give it as apperently i THREATENED them because i work fpr the media.
So anyone who is willing to pay for a disposable suit then do buy or buy it and even if it gets dirty DO NOT wash it as u loose your money because the suit shrinks.
Customer service appalling and their reply was very rude. Will be a good read in my column next week about their products and their response.
So NOW I HAVE BEEN THREATHENED by this company that they will involve the police, may i ask what for? Only because i have told them that it will be published in media about their mis selling? Also been told that trustpilot will be INVESTIGATING my review. Pleaseeeeee. I am a hardworking mother who is currently on maternity leave and all i wanted to do is get a suit. At the price of £45 i thought it will last atleast a few months but going BAD after one wash is beyond a joke.
Sorr not everyone will write a good review as maybe they have not experienced what i did as they prob not washed theirs.
Im just honest and will stick to my ground as the company is now BULLYING ME not the other way round.

So reply to your message - i have only edited this review due to the fact you will not take responsibilty of the companys mostake. I have no joy to tarnish a business and my reputation for a £45 suit. Its about principles. Your website no where states that the suits will shrink if handwashed. Had you had that info on the website, i would of not contacted you.
Take what you want futher no problem with me as i have all your emails on how you are threatening to call the police and get my OPINION about your PRODUCT investigated.
Clearly you have never heard about the phrase “The customer is always right”. I bought ypur product, i paid for it and i was not happy as the suit is like a disposable suit that ypu wear, wash and theow awAy.

I loved my outfit a lot however I was displeased with the fact that after one wear the side of the trouser ripped. The exact same happened with my two other cousins! The delivery time was perfect and had no hassle with that. I just wish the quality of the trouser fabric was better as it was clearly very poor.

overall suit was nice but the lining of the trouser and some parts of the khamise were not stitched properly the threads started to come off and ive not even worn it yet.

Clothes were just as described in the photos last excellent quality and reasonable prices

I recently ordered 3 outifuts from Want That Label and received them much sooner than I expected. The outfits I received were of a good quality and the fitting was perfect, even the trousers, which I can usually have an issue with.
The customer service over Instagram was great. Approachable and friendly staff, whom answered my questions regarding returns.
I would definitely recommend Want That Label and will be ordering from them again InshaAllah.
