Disappointment

The service offers convenient virtual cards for online shopping, but there are some drawbacks. The high issuance fee (990₽) and monthly maintenance (690₽), as well as the fee for unsuccessful attempts to write off funds, are disappointing.

Thank you for your feedback. You can use the Prepaid tariff, where there is no fee for issuing cards or for servicing. Maybe this is more suitable for you.

Commissions for writing off funds are provided by the bank itself. And we are already working on more flexible terms of use of our service and will soon offer favorable rates for card.

The service is amazing

The service is amazing. I'm very satisfied with it. The support team is really friendly and helpful. There was a case with my card fraud charging. It was resolved in a very fast way and money got back to my account.
