Great Customer Support for Small Business
I own a small online local bakery that I Co-founded during lockdown. We have been using Facebook and Instagram for our promotion, order and marketing. We started using Wappbiz service around 4 months back, we mainly wanted it to run campaign. Since we were new we are very happy to receive dedicated support from their team in understanding whatsapp marketing. The chatbot feature has really helped us in responding to more queries round the clock which has led to more orders. Overall, as a small business owner I have really found the support available for all problems very helpful.
