Warboar is great. The staff are so fantastic they're helping me transform my "normie" girlfriend into a board gamer, by recommending great 'intro' games and being very helpful with their vast nerd knowledge. She's loving the games so far, who knows, I may even end up living the dream by having a hot girlfriend who games!!! And it will all be down these people.
It's also great place for all types of gaming, they even have great beer, so my nerdy-hipster self can play space soldiers while enjoying a craft beer.
The best thing though, No angry power nerds work here, so they're more than happy to help you out if you're new and have no idea what you're doing!

Staff are friendly, helpful and engaging. Rarely had an issue with service, or products and when I have they have sorted it out quickly. Always having great events and offers great support to their gaming communities. Also helpful for when wife buys me goodies i can pick them up myself when ahe tells me to.

Great communication. While part of my order was unavailable, the store was able to keep me updated and offer alternatives. Opting for a part refund they processed this quickly and without fuss.

EDIT - 7/1/19 - After a long time working out what had happened, it turned out that the issues were out of their control. During this time, they've been reliable and professional, calling and emailing as appropriate. I eventually received said refund through a bank transfer.
