Just to let you know the only reason we check stock in store is due to shop lifting reasons, unfortunately this is a common problem in High Street locations.
Our stock control software would be 100% accurate would it not be for shoplifting and sometimes the odd staffing error... but who can help that :)

Can’t recommend the venue enough for a coffee and a game!
Very friendly staff who are always on hand to help with any questions you may have. They also have an incredible number of board games that you can sit down and play in store with food and drink provided by the cafe

Why?
I pre-ordered the tooth & claw set for a birthday present selected "collect in store" went all the way down there only to find there was a mix up and it was being sent to my home address 4 days late this paired with little to no feedback from staff means I will NOT be using the online service again

We had a huge amount of orders and one slipped through the net to your door instead of it being ready for you to pick up, Unfortunately we are all human and with low staffing for the bank holiday weekend these things happen. We offered you a discount on future orders and a huge apology and next time you are down I will buy you a beer :)

I never received an email to state it was awaiting fulfilment and still have not received an email regarding the status of my delivery. They have still taken my money however.
