Horrible Customer Service, Faulty Item

I ordered a thobe and received it in very poor condition, the stitching was messy and incomplete, with parts of the tatreez missing. I reached out politely with photos, as I can understand mistakes can happen and was given options for a solution, but after responding, I never heard back. I followed up again and still no response. I ended up fixing the thobe myself, including the embroidery and fit since I had bought it for an event and didn’t have time to purchase another thobe. It’s been almost a month with no communication. Very disappointing and horrible experience, I would not recommend purchasing from here!!

Loved my Eid thobe

Loved my Eid thobe, very polite, friendly and worth the price - much more affordable than other thoub brands

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. The thobe they sent me were faulty and tbh I don’t know why they charge such exorbitant prices cause the thobe’s final stitching is so bad. Would not recommend this place for its prices.

Crazy prices

I bought a Palestinian thobe from Warda of London last Eid, back when they were still a very small brand with only a small following and around 10 dresses available on their website. I absolutely loved the piece cause the design was beautiful and it felt very special to wear.

Because of that positive experience I wanted to buy another one this year. However I was honestly very surprised when I checked the website again. The prices have increased dramatically, with most dresses now averaging around €300. What surprised me even more is that the exact same dress I bought last year is now about €30 more expensive.

It’s great to see small brands grow, but such a big price jump in a short time feels disappointing as a returning customer. I still think the designs are beautiful, but the current pricing makes it much harder to support the brand again.

Avoid - Faulty product and appalling customer service

Warda of London's 'premium' image is a facade. They claim every item is thoughtfully custom-made with a 2–4 week dispatch time. My order arrived in 7 days and was missing 2 inches in length. Clearly, no 'stringent quality checks' are actually taking place.

The refund process has been a nightmare. They received the faulty return on 28 Jan but held my money for 10 days, blaming 'internal logistics' between their own offices. Even after promising a 'courtesy refund' if the delay continued, they failed to provide an official confirmation by my deadline. I have now had to escalate this as a formal dispute with my credit card provider. If you value your time and money, do not shop here."
