I ordered a suitcase from WARDOW, paying 2,200 DKK, based on the images shown on their webshop. The suitcase delivered had a different inner lining color than advertised.
Despite immediately notifying customer service and requesting a fair price reduction (500 DKK), they refused and offered only 500 points (~95 DKK) or a return.
The suitcase had to be used for urgent travel, so returning it immediately was not practical.
The company’s response demonstrates poor customer service and refusal to provide reasonable compensation for goods not as advertised.
