None Conformity


I ordered a suitcase from WARDOW, paying 2,200 DKK, based on the images shown on their webshop. The suitcase delivered had a different inner lining color than advertised.
Despite immediately notifying customer service and requesting a fair price reduction (500 DKK), they refused and offered only 500 points (~95 DKK) or a return.
The suitcase had to be used for urgent travel, so returning it immediately was not practical.
The company’s response demonstrates poor customer service and refusal to provide reasonable compensation for goods not as advertised.

My order did not arrive to me

I ordered an tabby bag back in November 2025. The bag never arrived to my house and on the parcel force it states it has arrived and has an picture and signature of someone else. I have contacted them and my bank. My bank contact and they have refused to settle this matter. I’m still waiting for Wardow to get back to me with my refund of £276. Will never ever order or advice anyone to order from them. They have an uk number on the website which does not work.

I bought an item through this company…

I bought an item through this company and wanted to return the item. No mention of customs forms etc so item was returned to me and I was out of pocket £65 for the item I did not want to keep. This company says free returns but I imagine only in Germany if they are touting for UK business maybe they need a UK centre. Lost my money so will not use them again

have made a purchase for a case with…


have made a purchase for a case with the company Wardow for £849.99

The item comes with a ten year manufacturer warranty. One of the locks on the case itself has failed. Even though the case was purchased 2 years ago this 18/10/2025 was the first time I have used the case.
I am now currently away from my home in the Caribbean on holiday and fortunately I had some clothing in my carry on luggage. As I cannot get access to the case.
I have contacted the company directly, prior to boarding my flight, and three days later they answered me. I was asked to provide proof of purchase, which I did, as well as a short video demonstrating the issue. In the video you can clearly see the faulty lock is loose and where as the other two locks are secured properly and disengage with no issues. I am now waiting and it has been three days since forwarded my proof of purchase and the short video.
I have asked them to advise how to proceed, as l can pay and ask for
A Third party to open the case, but if they do any further damage to the faulty lock I do not want to be in the position of invalidating my warranty with the manufacturer Zero Haliburton, and at the same time I am scheduled to be here on holiday till the 02/11/2025.
6 days in total since reporting the issue and no suggestions in fact no real reply

Selling fake HORIZN suitcases!

Selling fake HORIZN suitcases!! I loved my suitcases from HORIZN, but one of them broke and I have now bought a replacement from Wardrow.com. As the new suitcases arrived, I suspect they are fakes as they are missing the HORIZN label near the lock. Upon my concern, I sent a mail to the Wardrow customer service who has just sent a standardised reply, not addressing my concern. I am now stuck with two suitcases that I cannot get verified from neither the dealer nor the company itself. I checked the HORIZN website, and the label is clearly visible in all the product photos, so its concerning that I receive suitcases that might be fake from a verified dealer, and that this dealer can not even explain the situation other than just state that they have shipped what I ordered!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Hidden delays and charges. Over 2 weeks delay in receiving the product and over £60 in custom charges which were not visible during the ordering process. From other reviews the company are clearly aware of this but chose not to tell customers. Really poor and a return is at your own expense.

Check the small print

I would be cautious about buying from this company again. The box the handbag was delivered in was torn and open - the handbag showed signs of scratching on the leather. It came from Germany (despite UK web site) and cost me £15 to return so I am very disappointed. I should have checked the small print re retuirns but that said I had no idea it would be coming from Germany as I say it was their UK web site. My mistake.

Good response by Wardrow

I wrote a negative review a few weeks ago about Wardrow, having felt cheated by unexpected charges resulting from the lovely Osprey luggage being shipped from Germany. To be fair, Wardrow contacted me, apologised, explained that they’d changed how this was now handled, and refunded the charges- so a good recovery!
