Outstanding customer service and shipping times

Our company has been with Ware2Go for around five years now and our experience in that time has been very positive. From initial integration to specific custom needs, they have been knowledgeable and eager to help. In the time that we have been with Ware2Go we have had a few different account managers, and each one was fantastic, especially our current manager, Josh Knepper! He is quick to address any issues we bring up and proactive in letting us know if he's noticed any potential snags on his end.

The Ware2Go dashboard is regularly updated with new features, making it incredibly functional and user-friendly. It allows us to manage and track shipments with ease. I highly recommend Ware2Go for their exceptional service and support!

The Ware2go team

The Ware2go team, positive attitudes, documentation, integration support is top notch A++ company and stands above all the rest. If you're looking for a great partner that is reliable and fun to work with i highly recommend Ware2Go for warehouse/delivery logistics that has an awesome API system integration team and web portal dashboard, this is the only company you need to research and partner. W2G is a great partner

W2G has been a great partner. They are easy to work with and have been really helpful.
it was easy to work with them and we saw a benefit to using them instead of "A's " warehouse. Our goods were received quickly.

3PL You Can Trust and Scale

Ware2go is one of those rare 3PLs that is a true partnership for a fast-growing DTC company.

We came across W2G after vetting 23 3PLs, ranging from venture ones, bootstrap outfits, 3PLs from previous brand owners, and several platform players that rent out idle warehouse operators, and W2G won our bid through their broad network of warehouses, communications, and their integrity when things go wrong.

Fulfillment is a complicated operation, let alone one out-sourced and operating several brands at several warehouses. Things will go wrong at a certain point, and this is where W2G's commitment and integrity shine through. Being proactive in letting us know when things went wrong and owning up to their mistake by picking up the tab goes a long way towards building trust.

Both Matts and Shannon have been delightful to work with. They are operators who speak with numbers and are prompt to reply and problem-solve.

If you are looking to offload fulfillment to an experienced hand, give them a try and focus on your area of genius: growing your brand.

I was charged $10,000 for setting…

I was charged $10,000 for setting things up, $1500 per month of "technology" fee, and 5% of "feul" fee on top of everything. Seriously? Don't you already make money by arbitraging UPS shipping fees?

Seamless Onboarding

We had a great onboarding experience with Ware2Go and everything went as smoothly as we could have hoped for. Communication was always prompt and informative, action items were clear, and we were very pleased overall. Our Ware2Go team was a huge part of getting our company's operations up and running, and we're glad that we're working with them.

Don’t over think it, W2G is your place!

Great service and company. The smoothest of transitions, from Dana in sales to Paige making it all happen, I would do business whit this company as a whole all over again. If you are on the fence, I will tell you jump and go for it! W2G will not let you down!

W2G New Customer Onboarding

I've been using W2G for over 90 days and their onboarding & fulfillment execution has been exceptional. Their team is incredible knowledgeable and responsive. Our Onboarding Manager, Paige made the entire process extremely pleasant. Their platforms are user friendly and efficient. I've had nothing but great experiences from the time I was onboarded through going live with our fulfillment. 10/10- Would highly recommend.

Great experience onboarding

Great experience onboarding! Very proactive and on-top-of-things. The outbound shipments are within 24 hours. We are a small startup that had a successful campaign on Kickstarter. Even then, I had individual attention. International Inbound has been choppy. But so did millions of businesses in America. Hopefully, W2G will fix those inbounding issues. Very happy with the fulfillment, though!

Top Notch, Early Stage 3PL Partner

Ware2Go has been a fantastic 3PL partner for our startup in the pet food/tech space. They helped us "right size" the best solution for our e-commerce business at this stage in our development, and their customer service and technology teams have been extremely responsive and attentive to our needs. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent Customer Support, Competitive Rates, Large Network

We are a 16+ year old ecommerce company having used Amazon and another major fulfillment partner in the past. We hastily had to move our fulfillment operation because the partner was shutting down within 60 days. We compared 4-5 major fulfillment service providers and after careful evaluations, we picked Ware2Go because of their competitive rates and large warehouse network.

Moving during the 4th quarter wasn't our choice but Ware2Go made the best out of the situation. We were quickly onboarded and they immediately had a team working on getting us integrated so that we did not miss a single day of operations.

We have now been with Ware2Go for 5 months. They have the best customer support. They reply quickly to our emails and tickets and have been very flexible to make our transition as easy as possible. They even made a few custom changes that we needed which we didn't expect that were willing to do!

Currently, we are using 2 warehouses with about 160 SKUs. They are progressively getting better and better with order accuracy and are constantly looking for feedback and ways to improve. I love that about them. They are not a black box like Amazon MCF FBA. Amazon might be cheap but you get what you paid for. With Ware2Go, I sense that they genuinely care a lot about small to mid size businesses. I'm looking forward to continuing our growth with them!

Great Asset to our Business

We have been working with W2Go for about 6 months, the support team and our account executive, Stephanie, have been nothing but great. The ability to assist with our new companies shifting needs has been wonderful. Additionally, their insight and suggestions on our shipping needs has been a great asset as we continue to grow. I suggest them to anyone that is looking for a 3PL solution and is unsure about how it all works.

Fantastic solution for fast growing consumer

Founder of a fast growing venture backed consumer company. Over the past 10 years, I've worked with most of the major 3PL providers in the space (Quiet, NRI, Bergen, etc.) and the service we get at Ware2Go is fantastic.

We're able to leverage a growing network of warehouses across the US with a seamless overarching WMS system. The shipping rates and pick/pack rates are highly competitive. They trouble shoot problems quickly when they do arise. Would definitely recommend for fast growing consumer businesses!

A very costly experience for our business

Our experience with Ware was as follows and was strikingly similar to Kurtis Mishler's below, being written with the same sentiment of the "over the top" negative experience we had:

Product leakage with serial traceable goods found on marketplace sites, frequent misshipments, persistent erroneous billing practices (i.e. as others have stated - charging a full pallet build for each container on the pallet), inter-warehouse moves with pallets of goods showing up at our corporate front door as "lost goods" by the carrier with no warehouse accounting to support the outbound goods, poor customer support, limited platform function, frequent and multiple warehouse kitting issues resulting in increased costs to rectify end customer complaints, lost packaging supplied by us for protection of goods, goods shipped without following SOP using protective packaging resulting in damaged goods and increased costs to make end customer whole, highly disorganized communication intracompany, employee turnover also contributing factor to lack of organization and top leadership ineffective at bringing any resolve in over a year of persistent, repeated and consistent failure and breach of contract and SLA.

Spent significant expense on forensic accounting to review erroneous billing, reconciling warehouse inventory losses and assessing financial loss to company as a result of the performance of Ware2Go.

We're still accruing loss and reconciling the account after 6 months of reviewing the performance of Ware and it's significantly negative financial impact on our business.

I am a huge fan of Ware2Go

I am a huge fan of Ware2Go. After having worked with several different 3PLs, it's my firm belief that they are the best in the business. We ship thousands of orders with them a week, and we consistently see both unmatched accuracy and speed to delivery. The leadership team is strong, helpful, and accommodating to our needs. As a result, Ware2Go is one of our most valued partners.

Ware2Go is my Go2 with all things fulfillment (see what I did there?)

The best part of working with Ware2Go is having dedicated individuals working with you and helping your business succeed. They always have your best interests in mind. The initiative that Ware2Go outlined in 2021 to offset their customers' carbon emissions is undoubtedly one of the highest level qualities I look for in a service provider. From creating a nationwide 2-day shipping network, managing freight, custom product builds, and dedicated support staff, you are in the best hands when it comes to partnering with Ware2Go.

Think Twice...No Go with Another Shipping Option!

Update 3/19/2021 - We received our final bill from War2Go, and the hits keep coming from the company. We removed 2 pallets of our product from their location, and when we received our final bill, they had charged us for 77 pallets. We reached out to them and, of course, had to leave a voicemail. We had no response for over 5 hours and called again and this time reached a computer programmer who sales and marketing had forwarded all their calls (I can't make this stuff up). This all happened on Tuesday, and we finally received a message letting us know on Wednesday that they were forwarding it to someone in their finance department, but still no call. On Thursday, our team sent another message trying to find out what was going on. Finally, today, Friday, we received an email informing us that they had made a mistake (Again & Again & Again) and were removing $900 of our final bill. Mistakes are made, but they constantly made mistakes with our account.

I also received a call from one of their executives on my review asking me to change what I had written in this review or take it down. My comment to him, If you can find anything inaccurate in the review...anything, I will take the whole review down immediately.

What's amazing is he admitted that someone from their team had dropped the ball on the follow-up and the potential move to another location (refer below for the complete story). The sad part was, he was the one who did not follow-up, but attempted to place the blame on someone else. As you can see, he was not successful in disproving anything in this review; otherwise, I would take it down. What did happened was they added to the terrible experience a few days later with the consistent billing errors and terrible customer (ex-customer) service.

I still can't believe an executive from Ware2Go called and asked me to change this review or take it down. He is completely oblivious to taking responsibility and tried to play the; you did not ship enough. Yet he had no problem cashing our check every month. So happy to be out, and our new service, Aligned Fulfillment Services, is the complete opposite of Ware2Go, and I could not praise or recommend them enough.

Original Review:
We have been with Ware2Go in CA for a little over a year, and now we are not with Ware2Go. We are a 4-year-old manufacturing company that has seen significant growth and needed products out west to serve those markets better. With our company located in the Louisville market, we are big fans of and partner with UPS but based on our real-life experience with Ware2Go; I would highly recommend looking at other options, no matter what they tell you. Ware2Go cost us customers because they did not execute on putting a label on our prepackaged boxes and handing it to UPS. Below are a few of the actual issues that caused us to leave Ware2Go.

-Product shipped & received setting in their warehouse to replenish inventory for up to 2 weeks several times.
-Billing errors charging us more than the agreement that we had to point out to them multiple times. (They did correct, but spent the time to audit them every month)
-Shipping request put in, and they created the label like it was going out, and it was not shipped out for 4 days; this happened several times. Their actions cost us, 3 new customers. More than we can count, they failed to pick or ship product for up to 2 days, causing our clients issues.
-Addressing issues with management, they took NO responsibility...told me our shipping volume was hurting their SLA's and if we shipped more, it would help the SLA's. Why would I ship more when they weren't performing. The experience with Mgt. is the most unprofessional in my career. Taking no responsibility, not following up as they said they would, and blaming even UPS for issues...UPS owns them.
-When discussing alternative locations due to our experience at the CA location, the mgt promised to follow up with options. THEY NEVER FOLLOWED UP.
-They don't own the warehouse, so the only contact they have when things go wrong was to send an email. They did not seem to have direct contact when issues arrived.
-When errors happened 90% of the time when contacting Ware2Go customer service, we had to leave a message and send an email; we would need to wait for them to contact us.

Our products were pre-packaged, and all they had to do was pull the box, put a label on it and get it into UPS hands for shipment. I am a seasoned executive (older), and in my professional career, I have never experienced such a horrible execution and service level with one of my vendor/partners. This is the first time I have ever provided a review of any company, but the experience was so over the top terrible from top to bottom. I don't want anyone to have such an experience.
