Absolutely disgusting none service

Absolutely disgusting none service. Still waiting for an order AND they have taken my payment TWICE !!!. Shote in every way.
NEVER AGAIN will I order.
Get a grip you idiots. Not acceptable to be treat like this. Fuming.

Don't waste your precious time

Omg I can't even remember the numerous issues I have had, wish I had made a log .
Ist of all no confermation email to say I had paid for 20 kg of flour rang cust service couldn't find any order so on advice did anther order got confirmation. Wait and wait ring cust service tell i want a refund she says what's last 4 numbers of card .she tells me 1st order had gone through as well as second.ive now got 40kg coming and no can't av refund order on way. tracking number dosnt work .after 3 weeks part order arrives. Missing 10 kg get messed around again by cust service eventually get a guy says can't get remainder of flour have run out .can I av refund ,yes end of awful saga! but wait theres more only puts a third of refund in . Back more on phone yes will put in rest of refund , but no! They havnt More ring tomorow have wasted sooo much of my life on this .

Avoid if you want to trust the retailer…

Avoid if you want to trust the retailer to refund for items never delivered

I bought and ordered clothes on a next day delivery. 14 days later. No clothes!
Customer Services, stalling and telling me to wait and that eventually the clothes will arrive.
When? After 6 weeks, 3 months, a year?
The customer service is clearly staffed by people told to aggressively deflect any refund requests and are also unaware of their statutory obligations. This is one online store to avoid at all costs!

Fantastic customer service

I ordered two items from warehouse with express delivery, however my items didn’t arrive within the time frame. After about a week or so I contacted customer service, A girl named Lauren B got in touch and was absolutely fantastic for the whole process (which was also very quick!)
My refund was put straight back in to my account.
I’m really impressed with their customer service, and Lauren B was amazing to deal with- she definitely deserves a raise!

Absolute shambles of a company

Absolute shambles of a company. I ordered two items online. I received an email from Warehouse a few days later to say my order was ready to be collected as I opted for the in store delivery. I went to collect my items to find that only one of the items had been delivered. I brought this to the attention of the shop assistant who went to check if there was another parcel for me, which there wasn't. She asked me was I sure I was correct. Obviously I know what I ordered. I went to check my emails to see what was going on to find a refund email from Paypal, not warehouse to say I had been refunded the price of one of the items. I asked the shop assistant about this and she said it happens all the time? She had no explanation other than they must be out of stock, which they were not as I checked online and she also checked stock and said they had numerous sizes in stock. I contacted customer care online and was basically told to order the item again even though there was a possibility it wouldn't be delivered. Staff were rude and unhelpful across all channels. There was no communication, no emails. I am yet to get an email about my first item being refunded. Absolute joke.I then re ordered the item that was cancelled as advised by the customer care agent I was advised to select next day delivery and would be refunded the delivery fee. The item still hasn't arrived its been 4 days. Next day should mean next day!! I no longer need the dress for an event that has passed and I don't want to know what difficulty I will have returning it, if it ever arrives that is. Never again.

great product fast delivery perfect

Ordered a computer desk via EBAY and it arrived very quickly. Communication was excellent. The courier was exactly on time. All pieces were marked clearly and it was very easy to assemble. All the screws etc had spares which was very useful! Happy to recommend to all.

Fantastic Customer Services

WOW! Brilliant communication, 1st class customer services and great delivery timescales. I had various conversations with Phil to send some shredders over to Cyprus and he resolved my problem in a timely and professional manner. A great company to do business with, hence the reason why I have sent through an order for 5 additional shredders.

Wonderful.

I had lots of help over the phone to decide on the correct binding machine and the machine took only two days to arrive.- Plus it was affordable!
