Excellent. Work carried out promptly and everything left clean and tidy
Dave was excellent installing two upstairs' windows and came back with Brendan a few weeks later to install patio doors. All done pleasantly, efficiently and everywhere left tidy. Gavin kept in touch through the process and Elizabeth in the office was easy to communicate with. I'm delighted with the windows and doors and would use the company again in the future.
Having decided to install a tiled roof on my conservatory, in preference to the existing perspex, I contacted three companies to discuss the work involved. The sales person from Warma Homes was helpful, informative but not pushy and gave a competitive quote for a fully tiled equinox roof. The work commenced within the given time scales and was full completed within four days, including a plastered ceiling and new light/fan. The team of workmen were courteous, industrious and highly skilled, cleaning up at the end of each day. I would highly recommend Warma Home to anyone thinking of improving their home - particularly in relation to their conservatory.
Excellent company, every effort was made to protect the interior of my home before commencing with the replacement windows, the standard of the work was exemplary and carried out to the highest of standard by Simon and David.
I would highly recommend this company
Were referred to this "local" company bu Eurocell for thermal conservatory tiles. All seemed well until the person (I now assume was a sales man) called the day before the appointment I believed was a roof surve.y Abrupt to the point of rudeness, he seemed only to want to ascertain "would I be happy " to pay £20,000 + to resolve our water ingress problem. Clearly did not want to waste his time travelling 40 miles if not.
Having seen the reviews below I am glad I had a poor mobile signal that disconnected his call.
Called the office to cancel the appointment but message service still on at 9.30am.
“Peace Of Mind With A Company That Cares”
What a joke. Nothing can be further from the truth !
This is the worst company that I have had the misfortune to deal with.
They were hired to provide a new conservatory roof. After only 15 months mildew has appeared on 5 of the 6 panels (compared with my previous roof which was up for 20 years and NEVER had this problem). Hence the sequence of events:
Reported at the end of August 2023. Was told they were very busy and if I had heard nothing by the middle of October, to call again. As no contact I duly called again.
I was informed that I had been booked in for a latest visit on 16th November at 08:30, though it was likely to be earlier. This period came and went with no visit.
On calling after this I was told that the manufacturer wanted a site visit and will call me the following week, but would be called by WarmaHome the following Monday. Both the week and the following Monday passed without any contact at all. Hence I called on the Tuesday…
On calling after this I was told that the manufacturer wanted a site visit and will call me the following week, but would be called by WarmaHome the following Monday. Both the week and the following Monday passed without any contact at all. NO not a mistake….after experiencing a ‘groundhog’ week I was assured that Mr David Shaw would contact me on the following Monday.
As before not a call from anyone !!!
I telephoned on the Tuesday (yes, with a little attitude), but after being given the runaround, ignored and ‘fobbed off’ for 3 months, I felt justifiably so. Eventually Mr David Shaw, the most obnoxious, loathsome character….put the phone down on me.
My advice, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !
Everything went well until the end of the visit. I was given a quote of £6716, which I asked for him (James) to put in writing so I could get 2 more quotes for comparison and to show to my brother, my joint POA.
Then he inexplicably pulled a rabbit out of his hand and said he would do it for £5372 if I could commit "right now ". Talk about shooting himself in the foot.
I had been looking to get my windows and doors replaced since moving in. WarmaHome are a local company and from my first to last contact with them I have nothing but praise. The products are excellent, also made locally, and the fitters, Luke, Jack and Darren were hard working, polite and tidy. The finish of their work was excellent. The job was completed on time.
I have seen other reviews but can honestly say my experience has been a good one.
My thanks to the whole team.
I had work done by Warmahome back in 2018. The job was satisfactory but since then they continue to cold call despite being asked more than once not to do so and to remove my number from there list...I would not use them again for this very reason...they are a nuisance.
I have never met someone more efficient, honest and on job as with my experience with Warmahome.
As a landlord it is difficult to find contractors who will not mess you about and get the job done!!
Warmahome Group, have been brilliant to work with.
They are professional, efficient and reasonably priced.
Excellent Service, communication was amazing and a very professional experience from start to finish, will definitely use again
