I ordered a Diana sheep sweater from them thinking I was going to get a high quality, made in the UK item. Instead I got a MADE IN CHINA sweater. The quality is nothing exceptional, it's a sweater I would pay at max €80 for if it was in a store like COS or ARKET. The way this was wrapped made me think the post delivered a Shein package. There is no way that I can return the item because they only accept return within the US. I saved up for this for nearly 4 years and am so so so disappointed. The fact that they never replied to my email, that you cannot leave a review on their website, and that there are NO bad reviews or comments to be found on their socials or the internet in general (except for here) should have been enough info, but I just hoped that it would indeed be the high quality item that they promise you will receive. I will probably just try to sell the sweater and knit one myself. That way I will at least have a sweater that looks like the one Diana wore. (Because even the fit of the sweater and the placement of the sheep is in no way close to the original sweater that she wore.) Very very very disappointed in Rowing Blazers/Warm & wonderful...

This company is SCAM. They failed to dispatch my shipment and now choose not to answer any of my email or online support claims. Neither do they pick up their phone on their hotline

This company is a scam. Avoid it. They make you think it is in the UK. When you want to return the item their website simply states they don’t accept returns from the UK. They emailed me a returns label for Texas in the USA. The cost of postage is £23.00 by the cheapest method. I have emailed their customer service team every day to deafening silence. They state it has to be returned within 10 days and they will consider whether to refund you. By the time it gets back to the states it will be more than 10 days. I’ve opened a dispute with my credit card company. I have no choice but to pay the money for postage back to the USA, this is a complete con. Don’t order from them.

after more than a month of waiting and repeated reminder emails, my package has finally arrived. Initially I thought of a lack of professionalism, but instead I have to change my mind. despite everything, the company proved to be understanding in their replies, even crediting me with a partial refund for the unexpected event!! thanks for your availability and congratulations on the sweater… well made!!!

Very happy! I am from the UK and ordered a Sheep Hat and Fleece from Warm & Wonderful in the USA. It took a tad longer to arrive than stated on the website time frame. But it is nearly Christmas so, that is to be expected. Communication via email was really good from the customer service team. The shipments were sent seperately (not a problem for me.) Just be patient and you won't be disappointed. I love both items. Thank you very much xx

Beware - the company advertises express delivery and complimentary returns. In my case they failed to dispatch my order entirely and decided to not respond to any of my messages both via their support email and social media about said order. I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. I don’t know if they’re just careless or entirely a scam, but as far as customer service goes, AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Please BEWARE, the homepage shows a London address ( I have discovered this is a temporary pop-up store) and states COMPLIMENTARY UK RETURNS. When the goods arrived the invoice and the returns address was the USA. Despite numerous email exchanges it was NOT possible to generate a returns label of any sort.
