Unsure about this one.

Used the Live chat and sat waiting 20 minutes for a response. Concerned it was just another drop-shipping company selling me stuff from AliExpress I thought I would check them out.

On the website About Us section they talk in overly warm and reassuring Disney language about the founder, Sarah, that set up the company.

Lots of generic stock business pictures on the website.

There is no UK postal address that I could see in the Ts&Cs, Privacy Policy etc.

A check on Companies House shows the company was started in August 2024 by a Lithuanian called Rita. No mention of Sarah.
