The customer service is very poor you…

The customer service is very poor you can only reach them by email and it takes a long time for them to respond if they respond at all .... I been waiting for my package for over three weeks... the cite Saud it was delivered to my mail box I check my mail box abd there is nothing there I contacted them by email immediately.. they responded saying I had to wait 3 weeks before I can file a complaint three weeks has gone by i tried to email them and now I don't get a response worst service ever do not buy from them it's not worth the risk
