Warmood is a scam

Warmood is a scam. Ordered a chunky dark grey shawl collar Mens cardigan fro the image on their web page. It has arrived today after over four weeks. When opened found a inferior cardigan that i wouldnt give to charity. Wrong colour, feels like a piece of nylon rag. Might as wel have given my £46 to charity. DO NOT USE THESE CON MEN. Why doesnt someone remove them from the net. Scam site.

Terrible Company - Scam site

Terrible, terrible company - total scam !
I beg you to not order and be caught out like I've been, I feel embarrassed to say.
I paid £35 for what were advertised as Levi shorts, they took for ever to come and when they did arrive they were about x3 sizes too small, were of appalling quality and worse than a TEMU purchase.
The online site looks trustworthy and has decent photos but the reality is nothing like.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

If i could give 0 stars i would

If i could give 0 stars i would!
Completely fake!!
The package arrived after 3 weeks of ordering, the pants were missing a hole for the button to close the pants, the body was completely off size & when i texted their „costumer service“ they told me i‘m not entiteld to a refund for free i would still need to pay everything including the refund. And if i don’t want to do that they offer a refund of 10% of the order. This is not normal. Your clothes has a visibie defect, i literally can not wear the pants! do not order from this page!

CE SONT DES ESCROTS

I ordered from Warmood without knowing the item was coming from China. The delivery took over two weeks. When I finally received the package, I was shocked, the item looked nothing like what I ordered. The quality and design were completely different. This is a total scam.

I’ve tried contacting them by email, but after 10 days, still no response. They require you to email them before returning anything, so it’s impossible to get a refund or return the item. This is clearly a fraudulent website.

Something must be done to stop this. Please avoid this store at all costs !

This is scam

This is scam - be careful.
They send you cheap products from china and then don’t allow returns (even though they say they do after you send a picture of the item to them). Sent 4 follow up emails, they don’t respond to emails. Also they list a phone number from the Netherlands which is not valid. Fraudulent website is what it is… don’t waste your money even if you feel you are getting some good bargains. There is a reason why it’s cheap.

No customer service, not possible to return, poor quality product from China

I placed an order on the Swiss website. I bought a cashmere sweater, and three weeks later, a polyester (or similar synthetic mixture of materials) sweater arrived from China. I have cashmere clothes and I know exactly how they feel and look. I contacted their customer service and was told to send a photo of the sweater with size information. I sent the photo of the sweater, but the sweater didn't have any additional information, including size information. On the next day, I received a response that the sweater was of the quality I ordered and that a return wouldn't be accepted.

Lesson learnt: the website is Swiss, and the expectation would be to have a high-quality product, but in reality, beware of scams, like in this case. I paid 79.95 CHF for the product, which will go to the bin. I am aware that there are products from China which are of good quality, but this time, this is not the case.
