Ordered a product expecting a smooth experience, but it quickly turned into frustration. Unexpected extra costs popped up that were never communicated upfront. On top of that, support was slow and didn’t really solve anything.
Ended up paying more than necessary for something that could have been fixed easily. Feels careless and poorly handled overall. Would not recommend based on this experience.
We have a 2 months old Wiesbaden skyline glass sliding door that was stuck after shower and an attempt to readjust the door exploded the sliding door into pieces!the warranty does not exist and supplier only solution was to repurchase a complete set,no spares available! absolute rubbish product and scam product!

I bought an evohome controller and 9 HR92 knobs @ warmteservice a year ago. Recently one knob got broken, so I left it at the local store. They told me it was sent to honeywell. Now it takes more than a month to get a response about any expected date when I can get something back. Im sure it shouldn't take a month for a customer guarantee service. I dont recommend people to buy anything here anymore.
