We booked an installation for AC with Warmzilla and 3 days before the installation date they postponed the installation because of nationwide stock issues.
Initially unhappy as this AC is very important for my health issues and also barely any notice given of the postponement. However, they did everything in their power to source a unit and I have a new installation date for next week which is only a week later than planned.
Decent customer service during a time of difficulty with stock issues.

So i recently had Air Conditioning installed, or if the government's watching, it identifies as an Air-to-Air heat pump. From start to finish, Warmzilla kept me informed of any delays, which, when it's 30 degrees outside, is expected. The engineers who fitted the system did a great job with very little obstruction to my day-to-day work, and in all. Fantastic job, would highly recommend Warmzilla to anyone looking for Air Conditioning , so its 5 stars from me,

WarmZilla. I’m sorry you are confused by my comments. Your response to my review here is clear and concise - had I had this level of honesty and transparency from your customer support service I would have been able to manage my expectations. Somethings clearly got lost in translation from you being able to set out the below and how your agents curate their narrative through the WhatsApp service

Don’t bother. Filled out survey online and used their what’s app service as directed by the website. They take ages and I mean two days on average to get back to you. Gave them all the info they asked for, in every response they say how busy they are, fine I don’t mind, I was just looking for some quotes annmd install dates. Jump through all the hoops then get a final message to say ‘it’s a big install, come back in Aug for prices and dates’…oh so you don’t want to even entertain taking my money then. Fine I’ll go with a local independent installer who know how to treat customers

Here’s a polished Trustpilot review that sounds natural and detailed:
I had an excellent experience with Mozilla from start to finish and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
I live on the 14th floor of a high-rise block, and my boiler flue is located on the outside of the building, which makes it difficult to access. Because of this, I’d previously contacted three other companies. They initially said the work would be possible, but after attending they changed their minds, or tried to charge extortionate prices for scaffolding and other access equipment without properly exploring alternative solutions.
Mozilla were completely different. The colleague I spoke to took the time to listen to all the details of my specific situation and understood the challenges straight away. Rather than dismissing the job or immediately suggesting expensive access methods, they explained that there was another approach they could take. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing. They also got everything booked in quickly and kept me informed throughout.
On the day, the engineer arrived on time, was very friendly and professional, and explained everything to me in great detail before carrying out the work. He completed the job in around half a day despite the complications with access, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards.
I’m extremely happy with the service I received. It’s refreshing to find a company that takes the time to understand a customer’s situation instead of looking for ways to overcharge. If anyone asked me for a boiler company, Mozilla would definitely be my first recommendation.

Good price for Air Con - great installation by Roland who was very can do and conscious of installing the outside unit in a discreet position.

For months we've been going back and forth with WarmZilla without reaching a satisfactory outcome. Instead of resolving the issues, we ended up paying additional money out of our own pocket to have another engineer correct problems following the installation.
In my experience, WarmZilla did the bare minimum to close the case rather than properly addressing the issues we raised. The entire process has been stressful, time-consuming, and extremely frustrating. We also had to deal with additional damage and unexpected costs after the installation.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend WarmZilla. If you're considering using them, make sure you understand what is and isn't covered, document everything, and be prepared for the possibility of a lengthy dispute if something goes wrong.
This review reflects my personal experience with WarmZilla and my honestly held opinion based on that experience.

Initial installer turned up decided not to do the job and made up we had a gas leak and left. Warmzilla sent another person out and they fitted it no problem or issue and no gas leak. The sales team were very apologetic and quick to try to resolve. Overall I've got a working boiler a lot cheaper to what British Gas quoted us. By about 2k less.

I had an air conditioning system installed by WarmZilla. The team completed the work professionally and tested the system thoroughly. Everything is now working perfectly and to a high standard. The engineers were helpful and the overall experience was very good. I’m happy with the result and would recommend WarmZilla.

Been paying Warmzilla for 3 years for boiler service and breakdown plan £19 per month. It took them more than a month to organise service compared to last year. Engineer turn up for service and could not get the boiler to turn on and then walks out without any paperwork and Warmzilla tells me to get this sorted by Vaillant. They were able to get the Engineer out on next day (Saturday) and they confirmed nothing wrong with the Boiler. Apparently the subcontractor for service didn’t understand the working of Boiler and how thermostat functioned. It’s been working fine ever since. Amy however kept us informed and replied promptly to all the emails. Now waiting for rebooked service appointment.

Happily took my money and a timed, dated booking for a boiler check and repair. I liked the fixed price and availability, however the phone call from them the next day raised a fear, later confirmed, that they were unable to source an engineer and the cancellation email later that day confirmed it. 10 seconds to take the payment, days to refund it.

A very polite and friendly gas engineer serviced my boiler. He was very thorough and gave me useful feedback afterwards.

I recently had an air conditioning installation carried out by Warmzilla. The process was smooth and professional. Once the installation was complete, the engineer clearly explained how the system works and asked me to get in touch if I experienced any issues. I highly recommend their service.

Where do you start with this company
Firstly steer clear.
I had the misfortune of purchasing a EV charger from this company in August 2025.
They sub contracted 0out the ev installation to a third party company
It’s was installed incorrectly, causing damage to my home central heating system, due to a wiring fault on installation.
The unit was exchanged and still didn’t work.
6 months after my initial complaint and numerous emails what’s app messaging I was in formed that the issue had been forwarded to the senior management team
This procrastination team must only meet annual.
So 10 months into the issue still nothing,
But no doubt a comment from warmzilla will be attached to this review

I had a complaint but this was dealt with efficiently, with a full apology & compensation!
