Warner Bros Games does not care about…

Warner Bros Games does not care about thier customers. They don't fix missed or digital rewards for customers who use thier gaming products when a customer has clearly earned in game rewards or lost currency they refuse to fix it either empty promises in the emails. Twice they have been contacted on social media and email through thier webpage. They sit and either dictate what is what, or make excuses without explanation. They honestly leave thier customers sitting ducks. They know they can fix issues easily if they would be helpful but they don't. It's very frustrating. I honestly think its a waste of time. They don't care about all thier products or customers when they have digital losses.

The WarnerBros park

I’ve attended their main parks in different regions, USA, China, and Japan. It was mind blowing, seein’ all these things in real life are something different. All what I’ve seen on YouTube was there, a bunch of attractions, and I didn't have enough time to try all of them. By the way, stuff was very polite and responsive, when i needed to find out the direction, they were always explaining it clearly. I’m definitely going to visit their parks one more time.

Warner Bros Discovery

Warner Bros. Discovery Gets zero stars: They are trying to force everyone to stream to get their channels. This is Greed; I hope they go down and someone buys them out to reduce their greed; so they quit charging more money for channels we already had. If you don't stream you can't watch any shows on TLC. GREEDY LOSERS! If everyone would refuse to do this they would have go back cable TV.

my opinion

To me, Warner Bros is nothing but a greedy, ruthless corporation that only cares about squeezing money out of people, no matter the cost. I run a hotel in Germany, and apparently one of my guests shared a film owned by Warner Bros. The public prosecutor closed the case — but that wasn’t enough for them. Instead of accepting the legal outcome, their law firm decided to drag me through court, trying to make me pay for something I had absolutely nothing to do with.

This whole ordeal drained me of time, money, and nerves. I was treated like a criminal just because Warner Bros refuses to see people as human beings — they only see potential profit. They go after innocent people simply because they can.

I stood my ground, but I’ll never forget how Warner Bros tried to bully me into submission. To me, they are the perfect example of a soulless, money-hungry giant that crushes ordinary people under the weight of their greed

They do not care about their legacy, their writers and their fans AT ALL!

What can I say?

They cancelled Batgirl and Coyote vs. Acme in favour for more trash like Joker 2 and The Flash!

The Midway arcade games such as Mortal Kombat (1992) and Rampage has NEVER seen any re-releases due to their game division's corporate greed with GAAS and Micro-transactions!

They delisted most of their animation shows from their streaming service (which is still unavailable in the UK)!

It's a crying shame because WB has had a fantastic catalog of content. Consider my dreams broken.

We report action to the detriment of the company of the current President and the Management Board. let them look at you legally and financially. Remember Warner Bros was build by Polish brothers.

Sinah Warren early November 2024

We visited Warner Sinah Warren as a party of 14 during the 1st weekend in November. Having been on the same weekend for the past few years, have to bring to your attention that nobody in our party enjoyed the red/ white/rose wine served at dinner. We also observed manager/supervisor filling wine bottles from other bottles in full view of guests. Full wine bottles left on side with caps removed. Entertainment slightly below usual standard.

Customer support is atrocious.

Endless delays, zero accountability, and a complete disregard for customer service—this experience has been an absolute nightmare. I was banned and tried to resolve it, only to be told to change my name, which any reasonable person would assume meant I could be unbanned. But no, after jumping through all these hoops, all I got was a canned response after a week of waiting. It’s insulting, disrespectful, and shows just how little they care about their customers.

Horrible design and zero customer service

WB does not offer any type of assistance to customers. Worse than that, they defraud minors playing their games with no way to recoup money spend afterward. My son has special needs and something he did inadvertently deleted his account. He is truly grieving and lost everything he did or bought over one click. Obvious a-hole design that intended to allow people to lose money.

Warner Brothers is a horrible company…

Warner Brothers is a horrible company with no intention to please its customers, they are shutting down Harry Potter Magic Awakened after only one year, with the game still having a huge player base and hundreds on thousands of dollars being spent on their game often. Don't trust this company and don't support them anymore this company deserves to fail and go out of business. I will no longer be purchasing anything that has WB labeled on the product.

4K UHD RMA went well

I ordered a 4K UHD box set for Mad Max. The first movie had a scratch and wouldn't play passed 1/3 of the way through. The RMA process for this disc was very easy to navigate and my replacement came quickly.

If I start counting how many movies

If I start counting how many movies, cartoons and other things this company has produced over the years it's been in the sphere, then I believe it may take a whole day.

Sometimes, we notice a good movie, great production and sound design, but at the same time, we forget about the company which is reliable for turning the idea into a whole movie. Warner Bros. is one of the oldest film studios in the world and no wonder it has such a popularity.

Rubbish customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered from them three weeks ago & still no update. Just the usual generic email replies. £60 down the drain….
