I ordered Wheels September 9th with an…

I ordered Wheels September 9th with an estimated three week delivery, I called after four weeks and was told her we were waiting on anodizing it should be two weeks. I called four weeks later and was told they were waiting on anodizing it should be two weeks.
I asked the rep AJ why they don’t send an email updating and why I had to call to find out where stuff was and he said they don’t have time for that.
Really?
I said I’d like to cancel the order he said OK no problem, no resistance or apology.
If you don’t have time for your customers, what do you have time for?

WARP9… SHOCKING


I am extremely disappointed with Warp9. I purchased a leading part from them less than 8 months ago, and when it failed, they refused to honor their warranty policy. Instead, they blamed me for "abusing or misusing" their parts. Dealing with their customer service has been a nightmare since my first order. They are unresponsive and uncooperative, making the entire experience incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend Warp9 to anyone based on my experience.

Emailing is not the way to contact them

I have sent an email to Warp 9 just a couple days from order placed. I wanted to exchange an item that wasn't shipped yet, no one got back to me after a couple of days so I decided to call (which was better but wasn't able to since it was packaged, which could have been prevented if they read my email).

Regarding my order, I asked for a matte color piece in the notes (instructed by site), got glossy instead. Order showed up to my residence but no tracking number was given. one piece came prior to the other one (handlebars). This is unacceptable.

UPDATE: Customer service has contacted me, had apologized for the delayed and helped me with my request and made sure I was taken cared of. If email is not responded too, make sure you send a follow up.

Great company

Great company. I bought a set of supermoto wherls from warp 9 racing a few years ago. Recently, i noticed a few spokes were broken On the front wheel, so i began searching for spokes. After noticing they were fairly expensive, i thought maybe i will call warp 9 and check my options. I told kevin my problem and he said whats your address, i will send some out first thing. Secondly, they have a wheel guarantee where if you jack it up, you pay a small fee and shipping and they fix it. Immediate email reply. Man! Customer service! Things happen but its nice to know that they stand behind their products. Also, long term review, i love the wheels! Thanks guys.
