Screen protector claim denied

Screen protector cracked. Sent photos which they replied to me 'our exchange file will be examined by our teams. In order to validate your request, please send us your damaged or defective product to the following address'
I sent them an email as per below:
So, if I understand correctly according to your claims procedure, you want me to remove the damaged screen protector from my phone and send it to you to be examined and by doing that I will expose my screen with no protection. If something happens to my screen who will pay the cost of repairs? Your product is guaranteed not to crack, split or even shatter and now you want me to send the screen back for evaluation. Seems to me that you don't trust your protect or your loyalty towards your customer.

Awaiting your answer before sending the damaged one.Got the response today........claim denied - no reason given. So it seems that I really pissed them off :-). You can't complain about customer service because there isn't any.

Scam, bad quality product

Bought full protection for my phone. The camera protector was in pieces after the first smaller drop. I contacted them via their form and waited. Chased them and waited again. Their page says my request was approved but still waiting. For almost over a year now. Scam, nothing else.
Btw I bought a similar product at one of the appliance store, it lasted longer than this “super long-lasting, extra strong” s!*t they’re selling.

Warranty for life advertisement is a lie

I had a bad experience with this screen protector for both my iphone 12 and 14 pro max.
First of all the exposure and indication of seller that they provide warranty for life is a big joke.
After buying I did, create an account register as well my product for warranty purpose on warranty.force-glass.
When I started to experienced issues with the screen protector starting to unpeel and rubber side to breaks I contacted the partner seller i.e orange shop, and they told me that don't want to deal with this saying that this advertisement image of warranty is wrong and I must contact directly the https: warranty.force-glass, so I did, send them an email warranty.force-glass, but nobody come back until very late and after my second email where I mentioned that I will contact the customer protection, saying that they don’t have any email from my side and highlighted this to me ‘’ Finally, we remind you that consumer protection is done in mutual respect of the conditions previously accepted by you on our site and that our commercial guarantee differs from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects of the French consumer code’ - Best regards,
Support Force Mobility’’.
I am very disappointed and mislead by this product and seller, must not be advertised as a warranty for life product, European law must ban this product and untrue advertisement.
