Warwick NY bad surprise !

I came from London for a one night stay. It was a true disappointment. They practice overbooking. I ended up in a room that had a defect door, broken aircon( the hottest day in NYC since the beginning of the year),. My phone disappeared in the room( the engineer took it because he tought it was his...)
Run down elevator, you pay another 39 dollar for " resort fee" * it was not mentioned). Good location , though!

First night of 8 nights at the Warwick…

First night of 8 nights at the Warwick NYC, (not cheap). View of brick wall. My wife had a shower, washed her hair and hairdryer not working. Phoned housekeeping, they said replacement will be straight up. After 25 mins nothing, called again and 10 mins later replacement arrived. Not a very good experience of Warwick NYC customer Service.

Disappointing Stay: Outdated Hotel, Unresponsive to Price Queries, and Online Price Manipulation

We recently stayed at the Warwick New York. The outdated and unclean hotel charged us an exorbitant $400 per night for a room with one bed and a view of a brick wall. They manipulate online prices, ranging from $400 to $200 for the same room. Despite multiple emails seeking price clarification for a refund request through the booking platform, the hotel remains unresponsive, completely ignoring our inquiries.
