Whelping boxes ! Had them for years got four different sizes study easy to clean and so safe with the pig rails. You pay for what you get as a breeder you need a smooth plastic surface to wipe down quickly when mummy’s pop to the loo and these are just amazing for hygiene as no mum should ever be left in a cardboard container!!!

Great place for reasonably priced pet products and good advice.
Went to the shop for a dog harness because my labrador was pulling like a horse. The man who served me was knowledgeable and very helpful. He let me try different sizes of harness and collar until I got the right fit. He let me walk my dog outside to make sure the harness was suitable and I was completely happy. They also had natural dog treats at very reasonable prices. Overall a great service.

Reported bottle leaked to be told it didn't have a seal and turning it upside down was my fault and caused the leak. Never have had any bottle leak this way and feel customer service was appalling, and will never buy from them again. Overpriced as well.

Unfortunately this is not entirely true. The product is a dosing bottle and you emailed to say you 'tipped it upside down to measure it out'. The dosing chamber would only be filled when bottle is squeezed and would only' leak out' once full and by tipping it upside down im not sure why you tried to measure it out before hand. The product arrived without leakage from Royal Mail, so I can honestly say they would not have kept the bottle upright on the way to you. If the bottle as you are stating had been broken or damaged it would have leaked in the clear liquid packing bag we ship them in. I tried to explain this but you were asking for a refund because you did'nt now trust it. Tipping any dosing bottle upside will indeed release the liquid. Sorry you felt our customer service was 'appalling' we tried to help you but you were then saying because a label was missing from the bag it was supplied in , it then caused the leak. The label isnt a seal its paper. The bottles have a foil seal inside the lid and a push to release child safe lock feature, this is there seal. Im sorry if this isnt what you are used to but dosing bottles with a chamber are a secure way to measure out liquids. This is so only the required amount is dispensed to avoid over dosing or under dosing. The product is priced competitively and you were happy to pay the price when you bought it from us. Again I am sorry you felt the need to threaten us with this review when we did not accept your refund request.

Over all good. Ordering was easy but, I had to email them to find out if my order went through. I had no conformation to say if my payment and order went through, I would use them again.
