Don't call this company NEVER! FINGER WEG!!!
People are the professional experienced cheeters.
Price of reparation what they ask is the value of the new maschine or even bigger.
They play all games at the start to hide the price that at the end they will invoice.
They speak the prices without VAT, they calculate 55 euro just to pick up and return the device, so they speak just segments and than make the invoice of 500 euro for the maschine that has price as brand new 600 euro.
Also we called them and asked few times to send invoice on mail. Never they did it.

Seriously, BEWARE of this company!
My fridge stopped working and Kurt Reparaturdienst 'fixed' it for the extortionate price of 652 Eur!! It wasn't working properly and it was very loud. I finally called Miele to take a look at it, as I was suspicious of the repair done by Kurt Reparaturdienst. Miele made an official report and warned that the fridge was not in any condition to be used. I received a brand new Miele fridge for a good will price of 350 Eur. Problem solved!
Not only is this company unprofessional, unresponsive but they are expensive and make the initial problem worse.
