Washi Wednesday has a wonderful selection of Traveler's Notebooks and Notebook Refills as well as beautiful Sticker sheets which are hard to find where I live. Although it took a month for my order to arrive to USA (not their fault), before I even knew it would take that long, WashiW had sent me a photo of my package along with tracking information. This is the primary reason I trust them, and I would do business with them again if I have the patience to wait for the postal service to do their job!

The product came in good timing for coming from overseas. Great selection of stickers, they included a small sample of some washi tape as well which was super nice. I will order again (once I run out of stickers).

They had run out of stock on two items in my order, but they immediately reached out with an offer to refund or exchange them. It was a very quick and painless process. Additionally, my items were packaged very well and survived a trip overseas to get to me. I will likely shop there again!

Order arrived about a month after ordering which was better than expected, considering it was being shipped to the US from Singapore and also during the holidays! Package secure and carefully put together; great products that I couldn’t find in the US, I used the washi to wrap gifts and people loved the prints.

Prices on a lot of the MT tapes in particular were almost too good to believe, but service was fantastic, and I even got a little sampler for the holidays! Wonderful shop with wonderful selections!

Best customer service I've seen ever.
From the first moment they let you know they're there, they reply to any inquiries, although it took around one week to ship, it was because they were restocking one of the products I ordered, the shipping took a bit less than 2 weeks to Spain even with the free shipping.

Items as described, good prices, amazing variety for Mt (probably the best I've seen online) and I'm super satisfied with my shopping experience. I will definitely buy again, thank you.
