I never/finally received my order
I never received my order. The tracking said it was delivered, but they weren’t here. I tried to contact washi Wednesday twice via email and didn’t get a response to either.
Amendment: I love washi wednesday’s products. I finally heard from them and after several emails, received the shipping information I needed and ultimately found out the post office had sent it to the wrong address. The USPS traced and found the parcel and brought it to my house. The transfer stickers are lovely and I will continue to shop at Washi Wednesday. My only concern is that they don’t reply right away. I understand they’re in Singapore, but you should hear back in at least 24 hours via email. I don’t expect a lost package again, but the customer should get a prompt and response and resolution. This was way too much work on my part to track this thing down.

A great place for stationery lover!
Affordable price, wide product selection range, fast delivery and attentive customer service! I have been very satisfied with my purchases. One thing for suggestion is the packaging of parcel, I understand it’s to ensure there would no damage but I wish they would be more environmentally friendly.
