Our Hobart dishwasher stopped mid-service at our Ponsonby restaurant, which is always stressful. We called Washpro and they managed to get a technician out quicker than expected.

The issue was diagnosed properly and fixed on the spot, which saved us from a very messy service. The technician also gave a few maintenance tips which we’ve started following.

Overall really solid experience, especially under pressure.

About a year ago I bought a second hand Starline commercial dishwasher, it come with 3 months warranty, at a whopping price of NZD$4,500 including the side banch/sink. The washing machine was shipped to a pacific Island, after installing it and use it for 4 months the machine start to have problems, I contacted Robin, and the first time he was harsh saing that the warranty was over, and I needed to pay for parts, so I did, the heater elements needed to be replaced, then after 3 more months, the solanoid valve, after an other month the thermostart, after an other month the pressure valve, to make the long story short, I endup spending thousands of dollars on repairs and parts, some parts I have to find it by my self because Robin after selling me the first 2 parts, hardly ever answered the phone e or email.
After about one year of purchasing the dishwasher, it has been working only 3 months, and now the washing machine is not working anymore.

Beware of this company, even if you buy new equipment, the after sale customer service is terrible,
I will never buy from them again.
