Våra anläggningar är obemannade, men vi har ett team av servicetekniker och lokalvårdare som ser till att tvätthallarna fungerar och att våra anläggningar är rena. Dessutom har vi en egen helpdesk som är öppen dygnet runt med serviceinriktad personal som står redo vid telefonerna i händelse av brådskande problem med biltvätten. Buying online experience was good but…
Buying online experience was good but if you could give a language choice in English as well that would be perfect.
Also when I went for wash it was first time that auto wash did not sense my side mirrors and the were folded in backward direction, I assume it was just an error on that time and hope it will not repeat the same otherwise it will not be good and I will always fear that it might break my side mirrors.

It was not a good wash.. all dirts are still seen and not completely dry and it is hardly 4 mins??? . I need to manually clean again.I don't know what to expect in premium shine??
There are other options like budget.. what it does.. just go in and come out??!!! Hahaha..

There is long queue most of the times. It would be great if wahsworld can develop a system where they have a digital counter on the washworld and customer can see online if there is a long queue and manage the time accordingly.

Scratch on brand new Tesla - First wash ever
I bought a new car Tesla Y, and first time wash in Wash World bought subscription Standard + registration charge(149 kr), after washing got minor scratches on my new car body!! Station: Helsingborg
I personally feel that shampoo is not enough to rub the brush on body so got scratched body!!!!
