Den första tvätthallen öppnade i Roskilde 2013 och den första i Sverige öppnades i Nybro 2018. Norrmännen fick lära känna Wash World i början av 2020 när vi öppnade i Sarpsborg. Wash World var först i Norden med att införa “obegränsad biltvätt”, betala från bilen och automatisk nummerskyltsavläsning. I slutet av 2020 introducerade vi Tvätta själv på ett antal av våra anläggningar och vi är nu den största aktören på den kommersiella Tvätta själv-marknaden i Danmark. Wash World har för närvarande fler än 50 anställda inom administration och drift. Våra anläggningar är obemannade, men vi har ett team av servicetekniker och lokalvårdare som ser till att tvätthallarna fungerar och att våra anläggningar är rena. Dessutom har vi en egen helpdesk som är öppen dygnet runt med serviceinriktad personal som står redo vid telefonerna i händelse av brådskande problem med biltvätten. Wash World har ambitionen att bli ledande på den nordiska marknaden för biltvättar.

Its great to wash the car and paying a monthly fee and wash unlimited I do advise to choose the all inclusive it make a big difference Meanwhile I wish they bring back the 24 hour service
It's good for people who work late nights I hope also you will open more new car wash and maybe in the future you use the brush free car wash

Car always comes out full of scratches, after every wash i notice new scratches on my car, the brushes are not serviced, the water smells too bad. Plus never dried properly. Stopped the subscription today better pay a little extra somewhere else and get a proper car wash. They were just good in the start.

The machines are not good. They don’t clean like they should and not dry the car properly.

It was third time i got stuck in the port. I upgraded my membership to have foam but after paying always the foam is finished, there is just water so I downgraded to budget one.

Bad smell and inconsistent wash quality
Same as many others mentioned. The car smells bad 👎 after a wash.
Also the quality of the wash is hot and miss. Sometimes it's better than others.
And please don't give me the standard reply to contact the customer service. You have had this information for a long time. What has the company done about it beside ignoring 🤔?
