Awful service
This company claims, that there is no binding contract, but it's not true, they charge and taking money automatically from people's account for the next month, this is something beyound the costumers knowledge.
I have paid for March month for first time just want to see how it is and I wasn't impressed because there came some scratches on my brand new RAV4 , ( which I will apply for compensation) and I didn't want to use wash world anymore.
It is the logic way to buy a service, but to force you to buy that service in the following month without the customer's knowledge is something they have invented for their own benefits, I have been 28 years in management environment, and haven't seen anything like that.
In their instructions for the customers there is no information what so ever about what is the conditions for quitting or charging.because they have already tied you.
They force their customers to buy it against their will, all the process based & build in wash world's way.
I had no idea that they were going to charge me for the April month, why would I, I bought a service, I wasn't impressed then I dropped it and decided not to buy it again, so simple is that, they had no right to force me to buy it again without my knowledge.even you apply for the next month cancelation they will first accept it after 2 month, it's mean you have to pay for following the May month and this is exactly opposite of what they claims in their commercials.
When I wrote a complain to their so called
"" Customers service "" first I asked to refund my money they took for April, but they never gave me right answer, at last I asked to at least get allowed to use the service instead of refunding money in May and they reject it,but each time I got an unconvincing answer, which proves how un serviceminded is this company.
A one-month wash doesn't cost a lot of money ,but it's a bout manners and right principal, which wash world company indicates strongly the lack of both.

Good wash and the car is clean
Good wash and the car is clean. But the dryer is a problem the force is not enough so it leaves all the droplets left on the hood and the windows leading to leave white marks when it dries on its self.
I wish the drier had more force.
And yes I opted for the extra dryer many times and payed extra for it to dry two times and it’s not the problem of how many times it dries. It’s about how strong it is.

The whole process should be automated…
The whole process should be automated through camera. Registered Customers should not step out of the car and need to select the options in console panel in order to open the gate.it should be automatic.Also basic wash is not so good .we have to clean the wet surface ourselves.

Great service, less good result
It's a great service which I could give all 5 stars for. Same goes for the washing experience.
However, the washing results only gets a single star as it really did not make much of an impact on cleaning the wheels. I had to go twice and even pay extra to get the extra premium shine addition. The end result was mediocre. My feedback om wheel cleaning, which the washing station does not spend much time on during the washing program, was very bad. On it I can add that my experience with and without the premium shine was the same. In both cases there were no foam or anything else to experience. I most certainly do not recommend the premium shine.
My take so far is that the program is adjusted so that a person has to visit the place more often that he/she would going to a regular washing station.
Currently, I have adjusted my expectation to understand that I might have to visit the cleaning more frequently than once a month. I also believe that this is the general idea with the service.
