Den första tvätthallen öppnade i Roskilde 2013 och den första i Sverige öppnades i Nybro 2018. Norrmännen fick lära känna Wash World i början av 2020 när vi öppnade i Sarpsborg. Wash World var först i Norden med att införa “obegränsad biltvätt”, betala från bilen och automatisk nummerskyltsavläsning. I slutet av 2020 introducerade vi Tvätta själv på ett antal av våra anläggningar och vi är nu den största aktören på den kommersiella Tvätta själv-marknaden i Danmark. Wash World har för närvarande fler än 50 anställda inom administration och drift. Våra anläggningar är obemannade, men vi har ett team av servicetekniker och lokalvårdare som ser till att tvätthallarna fungerar och att våra anläggningar är rena. Dessutom har vi en egen helpdesk som är öppen dygnet runt med serviceinriktad personal som står redo vid telefonerna i händelse av brådskande problem med biltvätten. Wash World har ambitionen att bli ledande på den nordiska marknaden för biltvättar.

I'm glad to hear things are generally working well, though I understand it's frustrating when the car doesn't dry as expected.
We're continuously working to improve the wash experience across all locations, including better drying through new programs, upgraded equipment, and improved, eco-friendly chemicals. Most of our wash tunnels have already been updated, and the rest are on the way.
