ich habe einen Wassersprudler bei…

ich habe einen Wassersprudler bei sodawass.myshopify.com am 15.04.2026 bestellt (44,99 €). Betrag wurde abgebucht von meiner Kreditkarte. In den AGB von sodawass steht, dass versandkostenfrei und nur innerhalb Deutschlands geliefert wird. Aber die Bestellung wurde aus USA bestätigt und die Abbuchung auf der Kreditkarte war auch aus USA. 5 Wochen später keine Ware und eine Sendungsverfolgung in USA, die suggeriert, dass das Teil unterwegs wäre. Sodawass hat eine falsche Adresse auf der Webseite genannt. Einschreiben kam zurück (Empfänger nicht erreichbar). Meinen Schaden kann ich verkraften, aber der Shop ist immer noch online und es werden noch viele "Käufer" darauf hereinfallen. Ich habe auf meiner Bank ein Chargeback-Verfahren eingeleitet und Anzeige gestellt.

Achtung Betrug

Am 12.06.2025 einen Sodastream bestellt. Bestellbestätigung erhalten und Geld wurde sofort abgebucht. Produkt nie erhalten. Die angegebene Frankfurter Nummer des angeblich in Köln eingetragenen Umternehmens ist nicht erreichbar und die Website existiert inzwischen nicht mehr. Achtung Betrug!

Betrüger auf ganzer Seite

Habe bei der Fa. einen Co-Driver NO2 Car Optimized Model Speed Camera Alert Danger Rechargeable with LED Indicator × 1für €46,00 und nun gibt es die Seite gar nicht mehr und das Geld ist auch weg , Betrüger wo man hinguckt normalerweise sollte man nicht einmal einen Stern geben

Betrug

Habe ein Wassersprüdler günstig für 44€ auf Google Werbung gefunden und bei der Firma Wassersprüdlerr bestellt. 2 Wochen später weder Lieferung nor Info über meine Bestellung. Kundendienst ist telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Ich fürchte eine sehr gut gemacht Fake. Also Finger weg.
