We’ve had this company for our green waste removal, can say they have been extremely fast and brilliant. They have taken everything we wanted to get rid off and have left the place clean after. Very quick and easy communication between myself and Kolyo. Definitely would recommend.

Waste Collectors were amazing in handling our waste pickup from the block of flats. They booked it the same day and managed to do it even ahead of the schedule. It was booked while speaking on the phone.

SCAM THREATENING AND AWFUL SERVICE. Put in a request with a full written list/description of what needed to be removed with added pictures, and because their website doesn’t allow for more than 3 pictures to be uploaded some items were pictured together. The men show up to take the rubbish and immediately start complaining it’s more than what I said it was. I showed them the list I sent and the driver showed me the list he had. The company left 3 items I had requested to be removed off their list. After I showed them my list and they realised they were not given the correct info the men complained to the company and instead of paying for their mistake they call me telling me it was my fault and I had to pay more money saying my pictures weren’t clear, but it had nothing to do with the pictures, this incompetent company left 3 items off the list to the drivers and didn’t want to pay these driver themselves for the mistake. The company refused to take responsibility and kept blaming me. I was alone and had one man arguing at me over the phone and 2 more men, who were obviously angry, literally standing outside my window knocking on it and glaring inside waiting for more money which was so unprofessional and threatening behaviour. I knew if I didn’t pay they would dump the stuff and if they did that I would need to go back outside to get the money I already paid them which I did not think was safe to do and seriously doubted they’d give me the money back anyway, so I was forced to pay the money. do not use this business.

Great service, honest, clear prices. I have used them twice so far and I plan to use them over and over again. The service was very quick, all the mess and waste was cleared from my garden. I had really heavy waste. The guys did the job brilliantly. I recommended them to my relative Kiran. Everything was done in a very professional way. Now my garden is really clean! Do not look anywhere else, they are really a great waste collectors.
